‘If we want government to do less, we need to do more': Glenn explains the importance of Mercury One

Dear Friend,

I want to personally thank you for your generous support of Mercury one in 2013. Because of YOU we were able to make a difference in the lives of so many Americans in every corner of the country.

Through Mercury One, YOU answered our neighbor’s cries for help after the Oklahoma Tornados when we partnered with many different churches and organizations.

Thanks to you, Mercury One was able to come to the immediate aid of the Boston Marathon bombing victims. And it was YOU who helped Mercury One raise awareness for the Huntsman Cancer Foundation through your support for our Walk of Hope at our July Man in the Moon event.

YOUR donations to Mercury One helped SoupMobile provide comfort and support in the wake of the West, Texas plant explosion. It was you who helped the 100 Club of Arizona provide a hand up to wildfire first responders.

And today, your leadership of Mercury One is helping victims of the Colorado floods and Midwest snowstorms.

I look back on 2013 and I’m so proud of the work we did together and the difference we made to many.

But looking to 2014, there’s so much more to do, and I hope you’ll stand by me, and help Mercury One meet the challenges ahead.

That’s why I’m counting on you to renew your membership to Mercury One** in 2014 with one generous contribution of $35.

Together, you and I can inspire, organize and mobilize individuals to improve the human condition physically, emotionally and spiritually with malice towards none and charity for all.

To thank you for your continued friendship and support, I’d like to send you our limited edition, 2014 Mercury One lapel pin. Please wear it with pride, and as a symbol of inspiration to those around you.

I will also send you our weekly Dispatch e-letter to keep you involved and informed of how your membership dollars are making a difference. Of course, you’ll also receive advance ticket information to all upcoming Mercury One events.

America needs us and we have a lot of hard work ahead. But together, we can rebuild, restore and renew faith in communities where the need is greatest.

If you can’t make a contribution of $35, I certainly understand. If that’s the case, then please consider a tax-deductible gift of $25, $20, $15, or the most generous amount you can afford.

To make your 2014 membership contribution, please click here, or mail your check to:

Studies have indicated that if the churches each assisted with the means to help ten homeless people, or indigent families, we can counter most homelessness and need in the nation.

Mind you, Lord Jesus himself declared that the poor will always be with us. So do not let the government fool you otherwise.

America is the greatest of nations, and the most generous of nations and as a people; it is time to remind the world of this again.

We can always do it better than the government.

The people look towards the government for charity for saving them. This situation is not an accident. As we become conditioned to expect a false-charity from government we will hope less and less for (even view with suspicion) legitimate sources of charity thus eroding, hope, trust, humility and all of the virtues. Truly, the government cannot give that which it does not have.

and the more we do, the more the corrupt progressives in both parties will try to stop us. it’s long overdue for we the people to rise peacefully until that does nothing then in force.

  • Liberalism is Nonsense

Since similar prizes are rewarded for similar achievements in a free country, increasing efficiency naturally accompanies free markets.

Since innovations resulting from freedom of action tend to be just as useful as those arising from intellectual freedom, it seems clear that liberty’s value does not depend upon the intellectual merit of what it makes possible.

We the people always do it the Gov’ just interferes with things being done in a timely manner Gov’ don’t fight WARS we do and then they take credit for the win so let them think they are winning there to dam stupid to figure it out WE are going to do this or we as a country are finished.
