“In January of 2013 my boyfriend died in my arms. I woke up early to write a paper and he was going into cardiac arrest. He stopped breathing right as I called 911. I got him off the bed and did CPR until the paramedics came bursting into our room and shocked him back to life. A week, two hospitals, and more procedures than I can count later he was finally awake, alert, and recovering from getting a defibrillator implanted in his chest. It was the first time he really was himself and I was the happiest girlfriend in the world. The picture is of our first dance at our wedding just over a year later. That day was the best day I could ever hope to imagine. He is mine, he is healthy and he is not stuck in a bed anymore!”

God is Great – He always knows what we need and when we need it. I wish them many years together

  • Daniel

seriously is this necessary? It was a wedding… I would hope so.

  • JameandLiz Primeaux

:( tears. That is beautiful story!

  • Jesse Harrell

God doesn’t exist, so your point is moot.

  • Anonymous

come on. this is misleading. it made it sound like he actually died and was gone for good. he stopped breathing. very different. than being dead.

  • James Skinner

Some one didn’t get a hug today.
It is sad to see that you take out your misery out on others.

  • Richie

what is your proof that he doesnt exist?

  • AlexisJaime

I’m glad he lived and the story is sweet, but the title made it sound like he died.

  • Dawn

We know he does exist. Why does somebody always have to say this whenever we say we believe in a Great God?

  • Malachi Elijah

why should we believe you? What proof do you have Jesse, that God don’t exist?

  • Trisha Burkeen Greco

All we read these days seem to be stories of tragedies. It’s nice to read a happy ending.

  • Maria

I don’t believe he does either but why would you put a damper on the mood like that? Let people be. It’s not worth the argument.

  • Maria

If she hadn’t known CPR he would have died, and he needed shocked back to life. His heart stopped. He was dead.

  • lisa

Why do you people feel the need to interject your personal beliefs on every single story of a miracle? This story is about how lucky this couple is to be alive and have each other and you guys have to turn it in to a religious debate.Give it a rest already your disgusting. This isnt about you and your beliefs this is about their story. So shut up jesse

  • Jesse Harrell

    Prove she does

  • Jesse Harrell

you believe in an imaginary sky man, but not another human?

  • Anonymous

    Stop feeding the trolls…

  • Jesse Harrell

No you don’t, and because I am a truth speaker that’s why.

  • Anonymous

Cardiac arrest is not just stopping breathing… you don’t get a defib put in your chest if you have a breathing problem.

  • Jannette Ladouceur

I really feel sorry for anyone who does not believe in God, and I did enjoy this beautiful story and I pray they have a long and happy married life together.
    Jannette Ladouceur

  • Carol Sautner

I am sad for you Jesse and I will pray for you!

  • Jesse Harrell

no. and this wasn’t a miracle. It was a man not dying because of science. CPR/EMTs/Doctors/surgery.

  • Martha Murray Dyer

What a surprise you are going to have someday! Just saying…

  • Jesse Harrell

Please do. But instead of speaking the name of YHWH, can you say “Flying Spagetti Monster”?

  • Captain Liberty

Good thing they had taxpayer financed paramedics available.

  • Anonymous

People who have never known the love of God can not understand our love for God. Pity them for they don’t know love. Pray for them that one day they will know God’s love because then they will truly know LOVE.

  • Pat Berardi

    God bless you all!!

  • Taylor

Being a self proclaimed “truth speaker” and simply inserting your opinion to stir the pot are very different motives.

  • Jesse Harrell

Thank you for feeling sorry for me. Instead of pity though, can you just spend your church tithing on feeding the homeless or poor?

  • Stephanie White

I have proof it is a long story, so the short version is…i was angry as hell at God, blamed him for all that was wrong in my life, begging him to just kill me, I didn’t want to live anymore (tried to kill myself 3 different ways that night, once with a brand new razor blade, nothing but chicken scratches. But it cut the hell out of my leather seats and also injecting enough air in my veins to kill a horse and with a ton of very powerful pills all in the same night..nothing happened)I demanded he prove to me that he did exsist crying and begging and screaming aloud. I just wanted to die. I asked my dad who is dead and also my uncle to talk to him to please let me die. The last I remember saying to God is give me a sign anything to prove He is real. And something made me turn on the radio, and on the station was the song my uncle used to sing to me when I was a little girl before he died in a car crash. The verse that played was, Oh won’t you stay just a little longer, please
please stay…so I’m sorry that you don’t believe and that’s okay, you can still have compassion and empathy for others which is clearly evident you sorely lack that. God bless you…

  • Jesse Harrell

There is not a god…truth; Science saved this man not god…..truth; Xtians praise god for things that humans work hard to do…..truth.

  • Jesse Harrell

I was a xtian for 32 years. I thought I knew what god was. Then I stopped believing in fairy tales. I studied the scriptures. I read commentary. I went to church twice a week. The bible and her church talked me out of xtianity.

  • Holly Walker

Everyone gives their own personal beliefs when they respond to things. Just because a person like you or others do not agree doesn’t mean you have to make a war out of it. I don’t understand why the earlier person felt the need to down play someone’s heartfelt response to this story? So they didn’t agree, this is not the forum for that debate. Why was one person attacked for stating what they felt? It was a nice , sincere comment for the couple. The next comment was the hateful, rude attack on a person for simply mentioning God. Do you and others not believe everyone has the right to worship or speak about God? In that line of thinking , then no one has the right to deny or say hateful things about God either. You are right it is their story and the person that changed that topic were the ones who attacked a person for saying God. If you notice their were no hateful words in that comment whether you agree or not. Why did Jesse and others just say something nice toward the couple? They could choose not to say God or Jesus or any other “beliefs” in their statement.

  • Christine Lee

What makes you think that? I had a serious accident and the all volunteer ambulance/paramedics crew came to rescue me, treated me at the scene and took me to the hospital.

I bet you have one or more in your hometown that you could volunteer or financially support.

I come from a long line of volunteer fire fighters and paramedics.

  • Paulene Shedd

God gives you the breath you breath, and when he stop, then you stop, but one dayyou will stand before him and you will account to him all the things you did in this life, the sad part is this life is ver very short, its a practice run for where you are going to spend eternity and if you do not accept Christ here, through faith…. you will have to spend all of eternity in a horrible place separated from God. How can you see a baby born , or flowers grow and now see a wonderful God. Ask him to show you himself and he will. Call on his name and He will be there.

  • Jesse Harrell

    Thats not proof. Thanks though.

  • Pat

As the saying goes…”I would rather believe in God all my life and then at the end of life find out He doesn’t exist than not believe in God all my life and then find out at the end of my life He does exist.”

  • Anne Crawford

You may think God doesn’t exist today but one day you’re going to need him. When that day comes you’ll be praying He is with you to meet your ever need.

  • Jesse Harrell

Because giving credit to a god, and not the swift action of the gf and EMTs is ludacris. Give credit where credit is due.

  • commonsense

I think instead of teaching art or drama all public schools should have mandatory CPR CLASSES

  • Guest

Haha!! I literally was reading this comment about God being Great and just thought “oh boy.. Here will come some classless trolling” and WHAM! One glance down and Jesse was quickly providing the stupidity. Yep Jesse, we believe SOME great dude put the universe together and put us here, you believe it all just came from nothing. Who’s dumber, the person who says the artist must be great since the art is but since we can’t see him assumes he’s not in the room? Or the person who, since their short sighted little eyes can see him say that the art had to have blown up out of nothing? Either way, people should be able to say what they believe without being mocked. And usually the mocking is just going one way.

  • Destiny

That is a beautiful story. God bless you; I understand where you are coming from, with the attempts, for I have tried, too. Stay tough.
Also, Jesse: opinions are just that; opinions. If someone chooses to believe in something up there, let them. I myself am an atheist, but for anything’s sake, let them be.

  • Jesse Harrell

If you are drowning, and I’m the only one around who can swim, are you going to call out my name? or your god’s?

You see so little. It’s sad. You say that all there is is what you can see and prove? So if you lived in ancient egypt, you would say that the brain is a useless organ? Or that if you were in the dark ages, science is magic? Wake up. Just because YOU don’t understand, does not automatically mean that everything people say is wrong when it is not proven. Fact: in science, you must prove a theory wrong in order for it to be “fact.” So….. by YOUR standards…. God is not NOT real.

  • Jesse Harrell

    UGH

  • Jesse Harrell

    TEXAS?

  • Soylent Green

I too have ‘proof’. But, since the Bible says, ‘Don’t cast pearls before swine’, sometimes I tell it to people who’ll ‘listen and hear it’ and sometimes I choose to keep it to myself.

1 Corinthians 8:6 “Yet for us there is one God, the Father, from whom are all things and for whom we exist, and one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom are all things and through whom we exist.”

  • Richard Magnuson

I just love it when so-called atheists make the pronouncement that there is no God. This means they have the ultimate knowledge of the universe therefore, they have pronounced themselves as – God. Keep rebelling against God but it won’t change reality. Even a child can look outside at the creation and know there is a Creator. Atheists know it too but want to deny it because to accept it they then have accountability.

  • Jesse Harrell

But science proved those things wrong, where the sheeple just believed what the shamen told them….you’re kind of making my point for me Sarah.

  • Sarah Watson

yo the miracle was not the life saving LITERALLY it was the fact that the situation CHANGED his life. you just like to fight, don’t you?

  • Soylent Green

I am truly sorry for you Jesse that you lost your faith. Just remember, that even though YOU may have given up on God, He will NEVER give up on you!

  • Sarah Watson

OK that is SO out of line I am disgusted. God is not going to send you to a fiery red hell to burn forever and torture poor humans. The pain is going to be realizing that you did not accept the truth, that you will not be with God, with that pure true love. It’s like, when you get dumped? That feeling of not being loved? The horrible pain in your chest and heart? Times a gazillion forever. It is a second-death. Stop condemning people to hell. Because condemning someone to hell is TOTALLY going to make them want to join your cult. Modern day Christianity is becoming just that. It’s less about God and more about us and the religion and blah blah blah. Knock it off people. Stop the “going to hell” BS.

  • Skol Troll

God the Father, the Holy Spirit (the Helper), and Christ Jesus (the Son of Man). Three in One. One God. 1 Timothy 2:5, John 14:26.
Jesse, I can’t make you believe in God, like I can’t make you do or say anything you don’t want to. But, if you do not have the knowledge, heart or head, of the matter, please don’t play like you do.
God Loves You, and sent His son Jesus, and paid the ultimate price for our sin, so that we wouldn’t have to die a sinners death and be eternally apart from HIM. It’s our choice to accept Him and His gift to us, and ask for forgiveness, or to deny Him, reject Him. Either way, their is an Eternal consequence for our decisions.

Jesse, if God does not exist then why are you so angry with Him? Why exert so much hatred, sarcasm and anger towards those that know Him? In order to absolutely know that there is no God you would have to know everything there is to possibly know in the universe. A universe which science has proven is constantly expanding. I find it quite humorous that you could be so arrogant that you could possibly believe you know everything there is to know in the entire universe. Especially since it is highly doubtful that you have ever left this planet. Just because you reject Him, does not mean He does not exist. Is it remotely possible that in the vast amount of information that you do not know, that there is a God who does exist, who is in fact the creator of all things. I am pretty sure you not only know there is a God, but you are quite angry with Him. I know Him and I am not angry with Him. It is a much more peaceful existence than the one you apparently have. Try asking Him to reveal Himself to you instead of closing your mind to the possibility of His existence. I doubt you can do that, and it is your loss and lost you will always be.

  • Alex Kcco Fawbush

I just died in your arms tonight….

  • Jesse Harrell

I’ve never said I was angry with anyone, let alone a ficticious character. You say “Just because you reject Him, does not mean He does not exist.”. Well same back at you. Just because you enslave yourself to him, doesn’t mean he really exists at all.

It does no good to “demand” that someone understand that God exists. It is shown to us in the Bible, so leave Jesse alone. Pray for him, but to argue is to give satan your breath. Save your breath for those who will isten:

What does “Many are called but few are chosen” in Matthew 22:14 mean?

Question: “What does ‘Many are called but few are chosen’ in Matthew 22:14 mean?”

Answer: This statement is the conclusion to the Parable of the Wedding Feast. Jesus spoke this parable to show what the kingdom of heaven will be like when the end of the age comes. In the parable, the king sends his servants out to gather the wedding guests to the wedding feast. But those invited refused to come, some because they were too busy with their own worldly pursuits and some because they were positively hostile toward the king. So the king commands his servants to go out and invite anyone they find, and many come and fill the wedding hall. But the king sees one man without wedding clothes, and he sends him away. Jesus concludes by saying that many are called/invited to the kingdom, but only those who have been “chosen” and have received Christ will come. Those who try to come without the covering of the blood of Christ for their sins are inadequately clothed and will be sent into “outer darkness,” (v. 13) i.e., hell.

Many people hear the call of God which comes through His revelation of Himself through two things—the creation and the conscience within us. But only the “few” will respond because they are the ones who are truly hearing. Jesus said many times, “He who has ears to hear, let him hear” (Matthew 11:15; Mark 4:9; Luke 8:8, 14:35). The point is that everyone has ears, but only a few are listening and responding. Not everyone who hears the gospel receives it but only the “few” who have ears to hear. The “many” hear, but there is no interest or there is outright antagonism toward God. Many are called or invited into the kingdom, but none are able to come on their own. God must draw the hearts of those who come; otherwise they will not (John 6:44).

Why don’t you go ahead and just keep that to yourself, people don’t read these types of post just to look down in the comments and see your negative feedback. Just don’t even comment on posts anymore bud.

  • raybobrock

Jesse, you don’t have to say you are angry, your anger comes out in just about every comment you make. How could I enslave myself to Him if He doesn’t exist?

So you are in fact saying that you know everything there is to know in a constantly expanding universe and your knowledge expands in sync with the growth of the universe?

  • Kim

Head Knowledge and Heart Knowledge are 2 different thing, Jesse. God is not a Liar. And He would never make others talk you out of having a Personal Relationship with Him and being a Christian. The Deceiver, Satan, would do this, and seems to be the culprit here. All in All, the choice is Yours to make.

This is my last comment: You can’t say that god exists because a book written by his followers says so. There is a book about the FSM, does that mean that it exists (may parm be upon him)?

Jessee Harrell. First please do not use a X as a the way of spelling Christian. In my opinion that is a slap in the face just like using X to spell Christmas. Even if you do not believe the way I do please give my beliefs the same respect you want to be given. My theory is this. I believe in God. When I die & discover I was wrong then I will at least have lived a Godly life & treated others the way I wish to be treated. If I am not wrong then I have a wonderful home waiting for me with my loved ones that have passed before me. Now, you do not believe in God so when you die you do not expect anything. So if you are wrong & come face to face with God but are turned away what is in store for you for eternity? Because when you discover God is real you will also discover that Satan is real also. also I noticed you refer to God as “her”. If God does not exist how can a gender be applied? There is really no reason for you to be so angry at those of us who believe in God. I am not angry at you for your beliefs.

  • Ryan Hall

I never chime in on these discussions usually I just read what’s going on. Unfortunately I am reading a war over whether god exists or does not exist. Its pretty sad that an argument has come to this over a story about two people that are happy and everything worked out in the end for them. This is the United States of America not Iran, Afghanistan, Pakistan, or any other country that says you must believe in a certain god. In the United States you are free to practice any religion you want and you are free to believe or not believe and don’t have to worry about persecution for doing so. I was born and raised Catholic I have friends who are Muslim, Jewish and Hindu and their beliefs are not that much different than that of Christianity, they all believe in a heaven and hell and they all believe in treating others with kindness all religions have a different way of doing things but in the end its all about kindness and if you are good to yourself and good to the others around you, you will be rewarded in the end. Its not for other people to judge what your beliefs are and its not right for any religion to push their beliefs on others and same goes for the non believers to push their beliefs on someone who is religious. These are beliefs that are in the First Amendment and if we all did not judge someone for what they believe in and accept them for the people they are that would stop a lot of problems we have in this country and we could actually say that we lead the free world by example.

    Jesse,

Can you interact with the merits of Aquinas’s argument?

I’m curious what your reasoning or experience was that lead to you deny the existence of God?

Also, I am personally sorry for the ugly actions of those who claim Christ in this thread of comments. Gleefully cheering the damnation of sinners and smug self-assurance are the antithesis of the Gospel.

To you so-called Christians; repent for you abhorrent behavior and seek God’s forgiveness. Do not presume on his riches and kindness and ignore that his forbearance is to give you time to repent. (Romans 2:4) Remember, “Let all that you do be done in love.” (1 Cor 16:14) Many of you should be ashamed.

  • KH

Actually, the burden of proof is on you because we have witnesses who say God does exist, and that He came to earth as man. Prove they are lying.

So sorry you think that Jesse. Evidently you haven’t experienced God’s love in your life. It is real! I promise. I have experienced it first hand and so have many people I know. Just because you do not think He exists, doesn’t make it so. I would encourage you to ask Him to show you personally. Sincerely ask. He has made a way through His son, Jesus Christ. He is our salvation in this world. Life ‘ain’t’ easy, that’s for sure. God makes life bearable! I pray for you Jesse, may you find the true meaning of who God is and can be in your life.

You can’t prove a negative. You can only prove a positive. So positively prove that He does exist – not just in your heart/mind like Santa Claus – and THEN you have an argument. Until then, to each his own.

  • Jeremy

I don’t have a religion, but I believe man (and woman) are great. Not perfect. God is the symbol of perfection, but man (and woman) can do great things. Charles DeMontesqieu said the same thing, and that became the foundation for our country and healthcare system before the White House Devil.

  • Anonymous

Well its been proven that people who believe in God and have faith are happier and live longer lives. To sit here and debate you on whether he exist or not is stupid. I cannot prove he does and you most certainly can’t prove he doesn’t, but why do you feel the need to try and demean someone who does believe? Just remember one thing with your arrogant attitude, when I die if I’m wrong I loss nothing BUT if you are wrong your screwed.

  • Ken Crowley

If you’re wrong, and I say you are, you’re in big trouble. An eternity lasts a long time.

  • Amy

If God is responsible for all the good things, why is He not responsible for all the bad things? Seems to me that’s a little arrogant. And there is no reason for so-called Christians to be judging those who aren’t if they are really Christians, right? Isn’t that up to “God”? There is also nothing to say that people who don’t believe in a compilation of stories – of which there are a plethora of versions – can’t be good people. It’s not a “Godly” life, it’s just being nice. I know more Sunday Christians – who are assholes the rest of the week – than I do non-church goers who are mean, vile people. It goes both ways. If everything good belongs to your God, then everything bad does too. Stuff happens. If praying makes you feel better, pray away but keep your “Christian” condemnation and congratulations to yourself.

You’re more than welcome to tell that to Him when you meet Him on Judgement Day. Of course, by that point any hope of salvation will have been lost. That’s why I’ve been praying for you – and the entire rest of the human population that doesn’t know Jesus Christ – that you will come to know your need for the Savior and accept Him before it’s too late. He loved you enough He was willing to die on a cross. To die in your place, no less. What great love the God you claim doesn’t exist has for you! Reject Him at your own peril, for He died and rose again for a very specific reason: Because no human is good enough to enter heaven on their own merit. We are each and every one of us sinners (Romans 3:23). Hell is our destination, apart from Jesus Christ, who loved us enough that He gave His life for us, His perfect record applied to our account when we accept Him into our hearts, and humble ourselves enough to repent of our sins and put Him first in all things, as we should do anyway. May God bless you, Jesse, and may you come to Christ before the end.

Well that is true Jesse. You can’t say God exists because a book was written. However it is convincing evidence of such. As I’m sure you well know that we live by Faith. It is your choice not to have faith in such. Just as you have faith that he is not there. You can’t prove he isn’t. You can’t prove he is. I know he is there. Just because you see someone give credit to God does not mean you must attack and call it malarkey. You choose to tease someone else’s faith. I do not know what Christians made you hate others so much. It is sad. God bless you. May life be full and happy. Good day.

Which in my eyes proves God exists or the devil would not have felt the need to have moved the conversation away from the positive blessing. Hope everyone has a blessed day.

Jesse isn’t a joke, and what he wrote isn’t at all humorous….It is extremely sad that that Jesse hasn’t know the exquisite freedom in having a personal relationship with a living God. His rude comment is an unconscious cry for attention that is missing in Jesse’s life. So don’t feed his misery…but rather pray that God will pierce his heart and free Jesse from the bonds that hold him back from enjoying the freedom only available to us as a product of having a living, loving God to guide an lead us in the direction of
    life everlasting.

The existence of God can be proved in five ways.

The first and more manifest way is the argument from motion. It is certain, and evident to our senses, that in the world some things are in motion. Now whatever is in motion is put in motion by another, for nothing can be in motion except it is in potentiality to that towards which it is in motion; whereas a thing moves inasmuch as it is in act. For motion is nothing else than the reduction of something from potentiality to actuality. But nothing can be reduced from potentiality to actuality, except by something in a state of actuality. Thus that which is actually hot, as fire, makes wood, which is potentially hot, to be actually hot, and thereby moves and changes it. Now it is not possible that the same thing should be at once in actuality and potentiality in the same respect, but only in different respects. For what is actually hot cannot simultaneously be potentially hot; but it is simultaneously potentially cold. It is therefore impossible that in the same respect and in the same way a thing should be both mover and moved, i.e. that it should move itself. Therefore, whatever is in motion must be put in motion by another. If that by which it is put in motion be itself put in motion, then this also must needs be put in motion by another, and that by another again. But this cannot go on to infinity, because then there would be no first mover, and, consequently, no other mover; seeing that subsequent movers move only inasmuch as they are put in motion by the first mover; as the staff moves only because it is put in motion by the hand. Therefore it is necessary to arrive at a first mover, put in motion by no other; and this everyone understands to be God.

The second way is from the nature of the efficient cause. In the world of sense we find there is an order of efficient causes. There is no case known (neither is it, indeed, possible) in which a thing is found to be the efficient cause of itself; for so it would be prior to itself, which is impossible. Now in efficient causes it is not possible to go on to infinity, because in all efficient causes following in order, the first is the cause of the intermediate cause, and the intermediate is the cause of the ultimate cause, whether the intermediate cause be several, or only one. Now to take away the cause is to take away the effect. Therefore, if there be no first cause among efficient causes, there will be no ultimate, nor any intermediate cause. But if in efficient causes it is possible to go on to infinity, there will be no first efficient cause, neither will there be an ultimate effect, nor any intermediate efficient causes; all of which is plainly false. Therefore it is necessary to admit a first efficient cause, to which everyone gives the name of God.

The third way is taken from possibility and necessity, and runs thus. We find in nature things that are possible to be and not to be, since they are found to be generated, and to corrupt, and consequently, they are possible to be and not to be. But it is impossible for these always to exist, for that which is possible not to be at some time is not. Therefore, if everything is possible not to be, then at one time there could have been nothing in existence. Now if this were true, even now there would be nothing in existence, because that which does not exist only begins to exist by something already existing. Therefore, if at one time nothing was in existence, it would have been impossible for anything to have begun to exist; and thus even now nothing would be in existence–which is absurd. Therefore, not all beings are merely possible, but there must exist something the existence of which is necessary. But every necessary thing either has its necessity caused by another, or not. Now it is impossible to go on to infinity in necessary things which have their necessity caused by another, as has been already proved in regard to efficient causes. Therefore we cannot but postulate the existence of some being having of itself its own necessity, and not receiving it from another, but rather causing in others their necessity. This all men speak of as God.

The fourth way is taken from the gradation to be found in things. Among beings there are some more and some less good, true, noble and the like. But “more” and “less” are predicated of different things, according as they resemble in their different ways something which is the maximum, as a thing is said to be hotter according as it more nearly resembles that which is hottest; so that there is something which is truest, something best, something noblest and, consequently, something which is uttermost being; for those things that are greatest in truth are greatest in being, as it is written in Metaph. ii. Now the maximum in any genus is the cause of all in that genus; as fire, which is the maximum heat, is the cause of all hot things. Therefore there must also be something which is to all beings the cause of their being, goodness, and every other perfection; and this we call God.

The fifth way is taken from the governance of the world. We see that things which lack intelligence, such as natural bodies, act for an end, and this is evident from their acting always, or nearly always, in the same way, so as to obtain the best result. Hence it is plain that not fortuitously, but designedly, do they achieve their end. Now whatever lacks intelligence cannot move towards an end, unless it be directed by some being endowed with knowledge and intelligence; as the arrow is shot to its mark by the archer. Therefore some intelligent being exists by whom all natural things are directed to their end; and this being we call God.

  • Josh alderfer

I don’t agree with that statement at all. Because that is just showing Jesse that we believe in him because we are AFRAID of what will happen when we die. I love Jesus because he died for ME. And also everyone in this pathetic argument. Not because I might go to heaven like that statement says.

  • Anonymous

“You cannot prove a negative” is itself a negative. So, if it were true, it would itself be unprovable. Any claim can be transformed into a negative by a little rephrasing—most obviously, by negating the claim and then negating it again. “I exist” is logically equivalent to “I do not not exist,” which is a negative.

You misunderstand the use of ‘X’ in Xtian and Xmas. The “X” comes from the Greek letter Chi, which is the first letter of the Greek word Χριστός which comes into English as “Christ.” The offense taken by the ‘X’ is merely due to Western interpretation of the meaning of of ‘X’ instead of understanding that it is the representation of the Greek letter Chi.

  • Runklebump

Jesse, the logical conclusion of any empirical research regarding the existence of God is to be ‘agnostic’ rather than ‘atheist’. I personally believe that zealots and atheists are two sides of the same coin. Both proclaim something for which they have no definitive proof.

For atheism, consider this question: how much does humanity know and understand about the universe around us? 10%, 1%, 0.1%? Considering that until Edwin Hubble looked through the Hooker Telescope in 1922 and discovered extragalactic cosmology, everyone believed that the Milky Way galaxy was the entire universe [less than 100 years ago!], I suspect humanity really definitively knows very little about the universe. So to speak so definitively regarding whether or not something does or does not exist is actually quite presumption. An ‘I don’t know’ attitude is obviously one that is more open-minded, inquisitive, and obviously willing to consider proof should something come under consideration.

For the zealots, I would just say that they are, by definition, caught up in certainty because of their faith. In reality those who believe in God do so by faith. In the Christian sense, even their Bible claims “without faith it is impossible to please God” (Hebrews 11:6). If one has definitive proof of God’s existence, there is no room for faith – “faith is being sure of what we hope for and certain of what we do not see” (Hebrews 11:1).

To be a good Christian, one must live by faith. To be a good atheist, one must actually be an agnostic, or you might as well just deny the inquisitive nature of the Western idea of the ‘Scientific Method’ altogether.

  • Soldier_Wife

Go tell a Muslim Allah doesn’t exist and quit forcing your beliefs upon others. People like you are always bashing Christians for praising their God, and then come along and try to force your hatred on everyone else. If you see a comment about God, keep scrolling and ignore it. There is no need for you to try and degrade another person. No matter what religion or lack thereof. We are all human and if this world is ever going to get better, people like yourself need to start accepting that. The commenter Me did not say anything disrespectful to you or to anyone else. He/She wrote a comment on her/his opinion. While your response is your opinion, it was extremely rude and uncalled for. You could have made your very own comment on this lovely story about how wonderful science is to bring this man back to life. Instead you chose the coward and ignorant method. If Atheists and Agnostics want to start gaining a better public opinion of themselves, it starts with you. Just b/c we don’t believe, does not mean we have to downgrade others that do. We accept them for who and what they are, just as they should accept us. And the 47 people that liked this comment are another part of the problem. You and every other attacking Christians and other religious people are the reason we are portrayed as bullies. You want to gain respect? Start showing it!

to us it dose not matter if anybody belives if he dose or dosen’t exist, but a belief is a moral compass that guides us and binds us when comforting is needed to calm or reduce stress and bring a thought of hope instead of despair and one day we will all know and have to face the answer to our question.

  • Balance

I’m not saying God does exist or doesn’t. If he truly doesn’t, or if he truly does, exist, it doesn’t matter. Those who believe he is real, they have a concrete moral compass, and God generates hope for when they die and loved ones die. If he doesn’t exist? Then what is it hurting you for people to say he is real? Those who believe don’t need to force it upon people, and those who believe not, don’t need to distain the others from their beliefs. I’m not religious, and I personally don’t believe in God, but I don’t discern the fact that he isn’t real, or is, regardless of it it’s Jesus, Buddah, or any other god. It is messed up to be as ignorant as to say God is flat out not real. What if it was possible that our minds were eternally structured that when we die our physical being goes to wherever we believe it to be true? Christians would go to heaven or hell, the ones who believe nothing will happen, nothing WILL happen, believers in Karma will be born into a next life in another social class depending on how they lived this one. With that said, sir, no need to be so cynical. Religious people, feel free to pray if that’s what you believe.

  • Daniel Smoyer

I believe there is a god but I also believe that he did create the heavens and universe, but humanity is thinking of everything as linear of our time and space compared to his. I say that one of our days in time and space is a nanosecond compared to his time and space. so what scientist say is billions of years might be a half day to god. This is the only way I can make sence of it in my mind and keep my faith outer wise it dose not work they cancel each other out.

  • Daniel Smoyer

Ok just lets say we believe you are god and on that basis you have to continue his teachings and bringing forth his disciples writing as set in king Jame Bible and continue the course of miracles that has been recorded that he has done, also we are allowed to be skeptical of the warning of false prophets and be wary of false gods. It will be difficult to retain power as Jesus had problems 2000 years ago and he is the son of god.

  • Daniel Smoyer

It dose cause hiim pain in the way that it scares him that what if he is wrong it shakes his faith in what he believes just as satan continously tries to shake our faith and scare us.

  • Daniel Smoyer

It is not hypocritical when god has anounced his displeasure. A man shall not lie down with man and woman shall not lie down with woman.

  • Le Cajun du foux

Sorry your science blinds you to truth. Do you believe in love? If you say yes then you believe in the unseen. Just so you know God created man not as an experiment but so he could have someone to love.

  • Aida Payton

KH, I am the living witness that God does exist and real

  • Le Cajun du foux

That would be easy if we were in the same room. If you walk on water, raise the dead, give sight to the blind with just a touch and a prayer or a word then you are god, if you cannot do the miracles attributed to God then you are not God. I will accept some good quality Youtube videos with verifiable proof from doctors of death, disease and camera footage both above and below the water to prove there is not some glass sheet you are walking on. Do that and you will either prove you are god or I will prove that you are not. Up for the challenge?

  • Aida Payton

I am the living witness that God does exist and I probe it..

  • Aida Payton

Jesse Harrell, I am the living witness that God does exist and I probe it. God is my teacher I am the person never went to school God itself teaching me like you all do. Perhaps he tell me his all name in different languages. you need to read the JOURNEY OF THE INNOCENT LIGHT BEARER OF THE WORLD. so you can understand the story..

  • Le Cajun du foux

Just as homosexulaity is an abomination to God and we are commanded not to do it, we are also commanded to go into the world and share the good news of salvation. Likewise once we have if it is accepted then we have a new brother in Christ Jesus but if not we are to knock the dirt off our feet as we leave as a condemnation to those who have rejected the Truth. Can you not do the same, realize there are believers in Christ Jesus that will never accept your version of things and just leave knocking the dirt off your feet as you go. A child of God saved by Grace through faith has a duty to share the Gospel and his or her witness. That is all. You don’t have to listen. But if you are here where many are gathered in His name you are going to hear it and if that makes you miserable the solution then lies in you, walk away. Jesse still I will pray that some day you are called to rightousness in Christ. You will find a new life, a new way of viewing the world and you will most of all find joy.

What is science? In the definition science is: “systematic knowledge of the physical or material world gained through observation and experimentation.” Therefore science a noun describing a process of obtaining information about the world and universe we live in. In can do nothing to save this man or any man. So we are right back at the beginning. What are scientist studying? They are studying the existing systems of human life, of animal life, of the planet, of the solar system, the means by which they all work together in perfect harmony. So can science save anyone? Can science do anything at all? Of course the answer is no because science is a word describing a practice of study. On the other hand God created the heavens and the earth and all that is in them, even you dear Jesse. Nothing happens that he does not allow not nor know about, not even a sparrow falling from the sky. Science cannot do that. Now God who created all the laws of nature, chemistry, physics, mathematics, etc. has them working in perfect harmony and can at His choosing manipulate those laws to do as He pleases such as calming the storm with a few spoken words and making it possible for Peter, a fully human man, able to walk on water. But quite frankly more people have died because of science that had their life extended because of it. On the other hand those that know God and have a personal relationship with His son know a joy unspeakable. Can science give that, can it give life eternal? No but, Jesus can and does. So I hope you can see that your faith in a descriptive noun is a false faith but faith in the Son of God as the Way, the Truth, and the Life is salvation for your eternal life.

  • Le Cajun du foux

This begs the question then, were your really a Christian? Did you really believe that Jesus was the Son of God come down from heaven in human form to be tried, tempted and yet live a life without sin so He could die on the cross as a propitiation for our sins and then be resurrected and ascend into heaven to sit at the right hand of His Father? Or were you just a church goer calling yourself a Christian because that was the label above the door. If you read scripture then you know that Jesus had nothing but contempt for those that were overtly religious in their beliefs, not understanding of scripture. So either you are a back slidden Christian or your never were really a Christian saved by the shed blood of Jesus. Which is the case her with you, a true believer in the Son of God or just a church goer who frequented a building with a cross on it? If you are the latter then you were never a Christian and have no sound argument to offer in defense of your position. In short you know nothing of the life of a true born again Christian, one born both of water and of the spirit.

  • Le Cajun du foux

Funny paramedics and doctors lose a lot of people and they know what is happening and what to do. Knowing what is happening and what to do is no guarantee that he would have survived. But that he did there is no other answer than that God had a hand it directly or indirectly through those that worked on him and my guess many who prayed to God for him.

  • Le Cajun du foux

I hope with all his science he can speak latin. Sadly your advice came to late. Seems created a debate on the existence of God and as all Christians are called to do, they are defending their faith and speaking Truth.

  • Angie Darst Williams

Amy…the Bible tells us that even Creation shows that God exist….Look around…Look at the tree’s, the stars, the clouds, the grass, people, babies….Deep down in your heart you know God is real….You are suppressing the truth…The Bible tells us you are doing this…It’s no news to a Christian, we know sinners/unbelievers do not believe…We know their being suppresses the truth….so we pray…we pray for you and Jesse above…..

I will not argue this because I know God is right…..

Your proof on that one please……and maybe you prove Evolution while you’re at it. You don’t have to believe in God, Jesse. But why be so self assured that He doesn’t exist and state it like you actually know? How do you know sir? Why so emphatic? What are you afraid of? I can enjoy football without putting down baseball. Can you enjoy having no Faith yet let those who do…. enjoy having it?

  • Rod Bedard

You are likely enjoying all these posts talking about you Jesse. Please understand you appear like someone picking their nose in public and everyone sees it and laughs and can’t look away. Stop being a silly nose picker. You do not have to believe in God. We get it. But your vitriolic way just shows your ignorance and fear on the subject. That is not an insult Jesse. It was me for a long time.In the end I do not care what you think or believe nor should you care about the same for me. The difference is I won’t degrade or insult you for not believing, the way atheists do to believers.

  • Marshall Miller

Why did Jesse find it necessary to make the post (God doesn’t exist, so your point is moot) in the first place? A direct reply to the God Is Great post! If Jesse don’t believe in God…that’s his business, However, he don’t have the right to put down those who do!
He could have said…. I don’t believe in God, but I’m sure glad he’s ok! Looks to me your Jesse started off the concerned for convincing others he don’t have a spiritual relationship. Just Saying!

  • Hank Simms

If you reread his comment, you will notice all he said is that God doesn’t exist and your point is moot. He didn’t attack anyone. He didn’t criticize anyone. He simply disagreed with a statement. That’s when the judgmental statements got hurled his way. For the record I don’t know him. I just think attacking someone because they don’t agree with you is counterproductive. And some of the things coming from these good Christian mouths certainly does not sound like any Sunday service material I’ve ever heard.

  • Hank Simms

Were you engaged to argue the discussion of homosexuality? I didn’t think so. I was simply using it as an example to respond to Tyr65′s question, why would someone argue something that didn’t harm them. I provided an example of how many religious people vehemently argue something that doesn’t hurt them.

  • Shannon Stewart

You know what’s funny to me. The name Jesse actually means “God exists”. I know because my boyfriend’s name is Jesse and we looked it up once. Lol also. . That name comes from the bible. :)

  • Hank Simms

Yeah, wow. There’s that love thy neighbor thing I hear so much about. I have yet to say the first negative or insulting thing about anyone. Yet because I say religion should be more focused on personal relationships with the one you believe is your Lord and savior I am miserable. I can guarantee you that’s not the type of message God intended you to give people. It certainly goes beyond dusting off your boots as you indicated. Try rereading my comments and you’ll see that I actually respect someone sticking to their religious beliefs. Maybe that’s something you can take with you as you try and spread your word. Calling people miserable certainly isn’t going to convince someone they should adopt your line of thinking.

  • Ernesto Eduardo Dumois Hernand

God doesn’t exist because you cannot see him, Electricity doesn’t exist and cancer doesn’t exist been that you can not see it, please make sure you go to an electric transformer and stick your tong out to the 75000 bolt line. LOL. GOD is not only create
but even do you said God doesn’t exist he love you. And for you couple that have this great give, I know that the love of GOD is with you. He prove it.

  • Hank Simms

Oh, a quip regarding me answering a question not specifically asked of me. How clever. Now, where in the original conversation were you? Instead of demonstrating passive aggressive behavior like you have done above, I will directly advise that your clever quip demonstrates a hypocritical behavior on your behalf.

  • Ox

It is not remarkable that there are those who cheat the system. There will always be those without scruples. What is remarkable is if you don’t report it. If you do, it WILL be investigated and there will be a consequence. If your expectation is that government will be aware of everything, then you are in favor of universal surveillance. Good citizens must participate. If not, don’t whine. You merit what you have permitted. Permitting abuse is not a basis for denial of a help for those who need it.

  • Janet Prior

Jesse Harrell – I pray your heart and soul will be opened to the beauty of God and his amazing love and grace.

  • Hank Simms

Daniel I can certainly respect and appreciate people when they articulate their point without being nasty or attacking others just as you have done above. It’s not my place to say who is right or wrong. I think if discussions were staged in the manner in which you have demonstrated, there could be a lot more valuable discussion. Religious beliefs are very important to people as they should be. I am not completely onboard with the majority but I’m also not claiming they are wrong. I’m just indicating why Im personally not in the same place they are. I wish some of the other commenters would articulate themselves as constructively as you have done.

  • Hank Simms

Not sharing your beliefs does not correlate to me being blinded to the truth. Blinded to YOUR truth maybe, but YOUR truth is a belief.

As for believing in love, I do, but that is based on my personal experience of it. There is also science behind it. If I personally experienced an overwhelming amount if evidence for religion or anything else, I would believe that too. In the meantime, testimony and and preachings from you or anyone else aren’t going to equate to me personally experiencing the situation. I neither need or desire anyone else to try and convince me. It’s not someone else’s actions or statements that will impact my beliefs regarding this subject.

  • william C

You hope He doesn’t, because there will b e nothing to look forward to after you shed your mortal coil. Don’t be so quick to condemn others’ beliefs if you have none of your own.

  • Sandi S

Sometimes The reason people don’t believe in God is because of people. Rude and unkind and hypocriticle. I apologize for that. I have a personal relationship with my BEST FRIEND and Lord and Saviour Jesus. I keep my eyes focused on Him and Him alone. We will always let you down Jesse because we are human and we are all sinner’s. WE do our best. Please don’t judge God by us. He loves you more than you will ever know. He has brought me through trials and tribulations I can’t even express. I love Him so. Jesse give Him a try…I promise you will never be sorry. Bless you and your family forever!

  • Glenn

what if i believe in God but not yours? does that mean that because i don’t believe the way that you do I am doomed to hell? Reminds me of a joke: A jew dies and wakes up in heaven. He’s greeted by a venerable man in glowing white robes. The jewish man asks “Where am I?” and the man in the robe responds “Heaven”. The jew says “My religion has no Heaven or Hell.” The man in the robes says “Walk with me my son.” He guides the jew to a large hill and points to the scene below. He says “There are Souix Warriors in their happy hunting grounds, buddhists meditating on the ways of the universe, muslims on prayer mats bowing towards Mecca and every other religion in their own personal Heavens.” The jew sees a giant wall stretched from horizon to horizon and he asks “What’s that?” The man in the robes says “That’s where the Christians are — they don’t think anyone else belongs here.” And that my friends is the joke.

  • Myrna Alward

What a beautiful story……my heart ached when I read he had stopped breathing while she was on the phone with 911…..but, Praise God, he’s alive and well, and now married to his love…..what could be better…..God bless them both abundantly….

  • Le Cajun du foux

Not sharing my beliefs. I do believe that is exactly what I am doing. I don’t speak of truth from me but, Truth from Jesus and yes I believe in that Truth because it has never failed me. Science has failed me.

You speak of truth and then you claim there is a science behind love. You really do fail to understand the Truth of Jesus and the Love he has for all humanity to die the horrible, excriating painful death on the cross that you may have eternal life. Yet for all that, the worst pain He suffers is your rejection of Him for a love of his creation. How sad for you. How much or sad for Jesus that you reject so great a gift he was willing to give you. But then that is between you and Him when you stand before Him and you will stand before Him regardless of whether you choose to believe it now or not.

I am not here to convince you or anyone to convert. I am here to stand up for faith in Jesus and His death and resurrection and what it does for those who accept it. What you decide to do with your eternal life is up to you.

The Psalmist said it best: “The fear of the LORD is the beginning of wisdom:” Psalms 111:10. So for all that you think you may know and all the wisdom you think you may have it is all a lie. Again the Psalmist hits the nail on the head: “The way of a fool is right in his own eyes: but he that hearkeneth unto counsel is wise.” Psalms 12:15

Your choice, your call. Try and berate me all you want, it does no good. I do not take counsel in the ungodly.

  • Angie Darst Williams

Anyone who is saved will be i heaven….I didn’t make the rules honey, God did….He said..”Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved”….Also…”No man comes unto the Father but by me”..spoken by Jesus in the Bible…The Bible tells us there is a literal Hell, and a literal Heaven….I believe the Bible full heartedly….Yes, everything in it… People always bring up the things like slaves in the Bible…There were slaves in the Bible days…..This does not mean black slaves..this means Israelite slaves, Greek slaves, etc…..Most slaves were treated very well by their masters….I’m sure there is always the exception…. Also before Christ died on the cross they had a lot of laws to live by…This was to show they were who they said they were….Laws usually pertained to the Jews…. There will be all kinds of people in heaven….anyone who believed on the Lord Jesus Christ….If you believe in Budduh , Mohammad , etc for your salvation, you are doomed to Hell…The Bible says, Thou shalt have no other gods…..No other …..None…..Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and you will be saved…..I will pray for you hon to come to repentance…. Have a lovely day…

  • R Biron

Sigh my boyfriend died in my arms and did not survive, so I know how this woman felt.
I choose to believe in God and have the right and the freedom to do so because I am American, unfortunately with all the attacks on Christianity, soon we may not have that freedom so I look at it this way. You who choose not to believe it is your right, but don’t pass any judgement on my right as I pass no judgement on yours. If you who choose not to believe, keep attacking believers, you may one day be forced to believe in Allah, or Satan or whatever they choose for you to believe in, and if you choose not to believe they may take your head! So if you believe in science, if you believe in nothing, if you believe in God, or Allah, or Satan, or whatever, you really should respect the rights of everyone to believe in what they choose!

Jesse this story is for you. When my 28 year old son Jason was in College he was the RA in his dorm. well he happened to go to a school that had a lot of kids partying. Well one afternoon on a weekend there were a couple of kids running across the balcony on the second floor of his dorm when he heard one of the kids fall and he heard the kids wrist break. Well he went running out to see what had happened he ran by one of the rooms on the floor on his way to the kid with the broken wrist. He saw through an open window a kid laying on his back. And next to him was an empty quart bottle of Vodka. He then noticed he was neither breathing nor did he have a heart beat. At this point a few more kids came running into the room and they to noticed he had no vital signs. At this point Jay decided to put his hand on the dead kids chest and said God in Jesus name I ask you to please intervene and at that very moment the lifeless boy took a huge deep breath. and his eyes opened. The others in the room couldn’t believe what they saw. Now this wasn’t my son healing him it was the Awesome Power of GOD working through a man of GOD who believed that GOD does do miracles. At that moment the lives of the witnesses were changed forever. I would like you to talk these witnesses into believing that GOD doesn’t exist. So the result of speaking to the kids who was once dead that he had 3/4 of that bottle of vodka. He also said that all he remembers was being told that it was not time for him to die and then he remembers waking up to see people around him. When he got to the Hospital his Blood Alcohol Level was .40 but because he was such a small guy the doctors said that could easily be the reason his heart stopped and he stopped breathing. He was later expelled from school do to this situation. But yes GOD is merciful, but see Jesse it is up to GOD whether we stay here or go home. See he knows that our time here on Earth is Temporary and that if he has plans for us even though we don’t see it do to our narrow mindedness we just can’t see. But I do Pray that GOD takes the Scales off of your eyes and softens the Hardness of your heart so you can be free.

Subtly attempting to stop people speaking the things of God by claiming to relagate it to a something they should do only in private is deceitful and evil. As you say to me, go back and re-read what I wrote. I did not say you were miserable. I said if people sharing their faith publicly makes you miserable. Frankly I don’t know if you are miserable or not but your replies growing ever more angry in tone of the words used and the nature of the replies would indicate that is possibly the case.

Ultimately though it comes down to this, People will stand up for what they believe in whether it be you and your god science and yourself or children of the God of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob, the Father of the Savior and Lord Jesus Christ. You have no more right to tell them to leave than they do to tell you to leave. But if you insist on coming here to push your agenda even subtly in lies and hatred and yes I say hatred, expect defenses to come up as well.

Even Jesus had His ire raised when the merchants turned His Father’s house into a den of theives. That is called righteous anger and he chased them out bringing honor to His Father. So those that would stand in defense of their faith against trickery and deciet and yes I am saying just that because I see where you are coming from and that is from your own father the father of all lies, expect to see counter arguments.

As I said above if you do not wish to hear the things of God stay away. If you do not stay away, expect without fail that you will find resistance.

But know this, I have dealt with your deceptive tactics and lies many times. It is not a new battle to me. So go ahead, waste your time thinking up all manner of cunning things to say about me and about faith in Jesus as Lord and Savior, King of kings, the Lion of the tribe of Judah. It means nothing, absolutely nothing as it does nothing to glorify God.

  • Le Cajun du foux

Stating that God does not exist and therefore the point of the OP is moot is as judgmental as it gets Mr. Simms. Trolling here like a middle ground person while supporting the atheist view point and arguing against as well as attacking the faith arguments is a lie, a subtle lie but still a lie, not unlike the one Satan used to deceive Eve. Your trickery is more obvious than you realize.

If there were a god, there would be justice; no babies born with incurable diseases, no people dying because there is not enough to f eed them, no wasted lives of fanatics who decide that their way of belief is better than yours, so they try to kill you, and too often succeed. Remember the holocaust? Remember 9/11? Where was this mythical god then? Why are there innocent people who live and die in terrible pain? Why do some people get away with murder, and others get off free? There is not enough space for these questions that ‘believers’ have no logical answer to. They have a fuzzy idea that if they have ‘faith’ then there will be, at the end of time, a great big wonderful god. But why not now? Because, sadly God is a drug we feed ourselves to accept what we haven’t the strength or brains to change.

The thing I don’t get on here is most of these comments have absolutely nothing to do with the article in question. the guy damn near died she kept him alive. the doctors did they’re jobs like they should, like they’re trained. religion has nothing to do with it. not to mention pushing a religion on others is nothing short of tyrannical oppression of religion. the book you speak of the bible was written by man many times over. its cool & all that you have something to pray to but don’t for a second think that shoving it on other people will help your cause to expand. religion is a choice just like everything else. there’s no need to prove or disprove your deity exists or doesn’t. just enjoy what you have & what you do & leave other’s to their own devices & beliefs. as for those who want to argue the point that a deity named god doesn’t exist is foolhardy you can’t confirm or deny this creature does or doesn’t exist. so please don’t try you’ll make yourself look like a damned fool. so please for debate sake use the space between your ears & think before you speak your peace. thank you

I like how one person made a simple comment and everyone went into a Reglious rant from it, Can you not just be happy and feel the warmth behind the story or is so easy to troll such a large group of people that they fell for a completely obvious Religion Bait from a troll that doesn’t care one way or the other. You all took his bait and immediattely jumped on it like sharks at the first scent of blood in the water……………. Trolls get off on stupidity like everyone who commented about his statement than offering their joy or opinion about the article.

    Amen! Great story…

i clicked on a link to a story. I made a simple comment that was directed at no one nor did it attack anyone. Half of the responses to my comments are not even in line with what I said. People have taken what they think I mean or what they want me to mean….I am not quite sure. Your comments about thin skinned are off base. I wasn’t offended y anything that was said. I was pointing out hypocrisy from someone being nasty for the sake of being nasty. You’re so far off base on your assumptions of me. And how you manage to bring the president in this is beyond me. You are reaching man. There was no argument from me. I’ve twice said I respect the beliefs of the commenters here and I respect them for standing by them. For whatever reason you have taken an adversarial stance to someone who was not arguing with you. I’m not bothered by it, I just don’t understand it.
Instead of looking for conflict, realize that there are people willing to support you and agree with you even if they don’t share the same beliefs. It’s not always about being for or against. For such a child of God, you truly lack the basic skills I understand he has asked all of his children to display. Before you attack and judge me, you might want to work on yourself.

This literally made my day, thank you.

Why are we talking about the Christian God? Seriously, instead of thanking a god, here, I would evidently thank the surgeon and his staff. You guys have made an AWESOME life saving work. I mean jeez, some humans are working HARD to save other humans. Don’t give the credit to something else.

I pity you and non believers like you. Must be a lonely life.

Guest, your anger is consuming you in your life of no direction. Do you really believe striking out at the All Mighty will change your lot in life? If you continue on your present path, your road is wide which will lead to irrepairable demise.

The real question is why are you so sad and angry, Godless guest. Your lack of Faith still doesn’t change the existence of God in your life.

All deaths are God’s killings, except murder. It’s a good thing.

Collectivism’s fatal flaws force socialist governments into downward spirals where they must support themselves with plunder and injustice.
