Ever wonder what it’s like to be an intern with Glenn Beck? There are some great perks. Our interns have travelled the country and even spent time in Israel. You get to meet interesting people (Rick Santorum came to our New York office a few times). You get to make a significant impact on the day-to-day business on do everything from writing for the website to help figure out how to get hundreds of buses to Washington D.C. for a huge rally. And of course, you get to make sure the break room snacks are stocked. And, for some lucky ones, you get to end up with a job at the company once you graduate. Are there some cons? Not many – you just usually can’t tell anyone who you intern for in case they decide to hold it against you in the classroom. Sure there may be parts of the country with no liberal bias in the classroom (maybe?), but for one of our NYC interns (now Glenn’s assistant and one of our researchers) the act of explaining what he did to some professor’s would have been bad news. In the clip above he explains how at one of his classes at Columbia he was subjected to anti-Glenn and anti-Israel propaganda from one professor…who may just have close ties to Barack Obama. Shocked?
