On radio today, Glenn invited General (RET) Jerry Boykin onto the radio show this morning to discuss the threat that radical Islam poses to the United States, which will be the focus of the GBTVdocumentary Rumors of War 3 which debuts Wednesday. What did General Boykin have to say about the dangers the United States faces?
Glenn started off the interview by asking about the infiltration of radical Islamists into the United States government. Furthermore, he wondered if it was an infiltration at all since so many of these people had been invited.
"You know, it's very important that we understand this is not something that started under this administration," Boykin said. "This really started out of the Clinton administration, ands it progressively gotten worse and this particular administration has enhanced that significantly."
Boykin also said that Grover Norquist, a frequent target of the left for his positions on taxes, has been a supporter of radical Islamists like Suhail Kahn. Boykin also noted that last year Norquist had left a conservative conference to speak at an Islamist conference
There were also grave warnings about the influence of the Muslim Brotherhood and it's role in the Arab Spring during the interview. Boykin said that the Islamist organization was a primary catalyst for the the uprisings that toppled the government in Egypt and other Middle Eastern countries.
"Their objective is to establish a global caliphate,” Boykin said. He added that the Muslim Brotherhood wants to see the return of the Mahdi and the rule of Shariah Law.
"It's incredible we have yet to identify the Muslim Brotherhood for what it really is, which is a terrorist organization with front groups in America," Boykin added.
What's scarier? These front groups are gaining more and more influence in America.
Boykin also criticized the capitulation of the Obama administration to these organizations, saying all it does is help them recruit. Boykin said that if Reagan was in office right now there would be closed door plans to create and promote resistance groups to counter their influence.
Boykin also said that there were many figures tied to these terrorist groups who have ties to the Obama administration.
