Here’s a pro-tip for politicians: when announcing a 6-point plan, make sure you actually know the plan. One politician was asked about his 6-point plan during an interview and clearly had no earthly idea what any of the steps were or what to say about them. Awkwardness ensued.
Check out the video below:
TheBlaze explained that Jaymes Diaz, a Liberal Party candidate challenging an incumbent for an Australian parliamentary seat, has been touting a “six-point plan” to combat illegal immigrants from using boats to enter Australian territory.
“I can run through all the details of the points, but, look, the main thing is–” Diaz said before being asked the question again. He never gave a clear answer.
Glenn couldn't believe how focused Diaz was on blaming other people rather than remembering how own solutions.
"This guy has taken the time to memorize all of the problems, but he hasn't ‑‑ and who's caused them, but he hasn't memorized any of the solutions. It just shows that the liberal party here in, at least in Australia and I think here too, and most politicians, they don't have a solution. All they've done is memorize the problems and who to blame for it. This is nothing but a serious blame game when you listen to it," Glenn said.
