Since its launch in August 2010, TheBlaze has reached some remarkable milestones. This morning on radio, Glenn shared some pretty remarkable news – based on Quantcast’s traffic algorithm, TheBlaze.com is the 94th most frequented international website.
This list ranks websites based on the number of people in the United States who visit each site within a month. It includes sites with estimated traffic as well as sites with traffic that Quantcast has independently verified. Quantcast directly measures site traffic through the implementation of the Quantcast asynchronous tag on each web site.
No surprises here: Google is the most trafficked website, followed by YouTube, Facebook, MSN, and Twitter.
“You know what's amazing,” Pat asked. “Obviously Google number one. YouTube is number two. And who owns YouTube? Oh, yeah, Google… But I find a fascinating website at Number 94 in the world. TheBlaze.com. The Number 94 website in the world now. That's phenomenal.”
“Just so you know, these numbers are monthly and they can change. It goes back and forth all the time,” Glenn said. “Number 94, try this on for size. We're number 94. Number 84 is Bank of America. Think how many people are going to the bank. I mean, it's really, really remarkable.”
Glenn always refers to TheBlaze TV as ‘the network YOU are building,’ and the same principle extends to TheBlaze.com and everything else we do.
“Thank you,” Pat said to the audience.
“But again,” Glenn reiterated. “Thank YOU!”
