Bob Fu president of CHINAaid, an international non-profit Christian human rights organization committed to promoting religious and political freedom in China, joined Glenn on Tuesday's Glenn Beck Program to discuss his new book, God's Double Agent: The True Story of a Chinese Christian's Fight for Freedom, and the work he is doing to fight for freedom in the face of persecution. Glenn referred to Bob as a "modern day Bonhoeffer." But, as he candidly described, Bob's life was nearly over before it began.
Bob's organization has done a tremendous amount of work over the years. From helping those facing religious persecution gain asylum in the U.S. to spreading the message of Christ throughout China, Bob has devoted his life to aiding and raising awareness for his fellow countrymen. Bob shared a story with Glenn about a woman who had been sentenced to six years in a Chinese labor camp for practicing her Christian faith. What she was forced to make while in the camp, is truly ironic.
