On Wednesday, Senator Harry Reid decided to blame the American people for the Obamacare delay, claiming that some "people are not educated on how to use the Internet". Wow. Well, TheBlaze's Dana Loesch, filling in for Glenn, decided to rip the Senate Majority Leader apart for having the audacity to blame the American people, not government inefficiency, for the latest of several delays.
For anyone who needs a recap, Sen. Reid said, "There are some people who are not like my grandchildren who can handle everything so easily on the Internet, and these people need a little extra time. The example they gave is a 63-year-old woman came into the store, and she said I almost got it, but every time I just about got there, it would cut me off. We have a lot of people just like this, through no fault of the Internet, but get people who are not educated on how to use the Internet."
Dana responded sarcastically, "I actually would love to be one of his grandchildren and get what, how much was it, like 17,000 some odd dollars? Yeah, it’s not that the website sucks or that the law was intentionally designed to create chaos, it’s because people are stupid. Silly me, I mean, you know, all of the latest studies from Kaiser Health and Beyond, they all say it’s because millennials don’t want to sign up for ObamaCare, but in reality, according to Harry Reid, it’s the fault of people waiting in line at the website. It’s their fault because Health and Human Services decided to have all of these people who can’t computer sign up online."
She then proceeded to head over to an old school computer and, mimicking a host on QVC, demonstrated what Reid thinks it must be like when people try to buy Obamacare on "the internets".
"This keyboard allows you to type ignorant stuff on my Facebook wall, like, ‘Dana, you suck!’ and demonstrate your lack of understanding between ‘you’re’ – you are – and ‘your’ – possessive," she mocked.
“Now, because you’re a racist who probably never liked Obamacare anyway, it’s not going to process your order,” she said.
“If you actually get to the point in the process where you can put some Obamacare in your virtual cart, just leave it there and don’t pay for it! Because Health and Human Services, they modified the definition of ‘enroll’ to people who want the Obamacare but don’t want to pay.”
So America...are you ready to tackle that scary internet and sign up for Obamacare! Still no?
Hmmmmm. Wonder what Harry will blame next...
