Glenn made his way up to New York City last night, and of course the first place he went was the convenience store near his hotel. There's nothing weird about Glenn Beck wandering the aisles taking random photos and videos while his wife Tania tries to shop in peace, right?
He posted the below on Facebook:
So I just got into NYC. No better time than during UN week! Tania is with me. We made a decision about a year ago that we just didn't want to be away from each other anymore. So, when I travel she comes with me if she can. I love her so much. Someday, soon perhaps, I will tell you one of the many reasons I couldn't live without her. We are closer now than I think we ever have been. But, I digress. This afternoon, I finished a show with Mike Rowe filled with common sense only to jump on a plane and find myself on the streets on NYC by 11pm. On our way in, Tania said she wanted to stop at a drug store. Usually, I don't ask, I just say yes — but this time I followed her into a land of enchantment known as a NYC drug store.
1. The first thing I notice is a welcome to NYC Obama mug.
2. Here, Misheal, my AMAZING assistant, has found the perfect hats to remain incognito.
3. Never to disappoint those who come, perhaps from communist countries like Cuba, this store doesn't sell cool model cars, but instead, a late year Chevy Caprice, and of course a very boxy VW. (Who needs a corvette or Bugatti?)
4. This is perhaps my favorite NY trinket: a NYC flask KEY CHAIN. *remember drink responsibly.
But things didn't end there, he also recorded video around the store.
