While discussing the state of the economy on radio today, Peter Thiel suggested that no matter who won in 2016, they would only be a one-term President.
"We don't know exactly how it ends, but there's a sense this ends badly. I think it can keep going a few more years would be my guess. I think The Fed at this point, the majority of the governors are Democrats. They're going to do everything they can to push easy money to help Hillary Clinton get elected in 2016. But I would predict that if she wins, she will be a one term president because it will break. It will break. And this is almost -" said Peter Thiel.
"Will it break no matter who is president?" Pat asked.
"I sort of think you might not want to win 2016 because I don't think they can keep it going for six more years, no matter what. The silver lining to the Clinton presidency will be that there will be clarity, that it will be because of their set of policies that's brought this about. It's a very high price," Thiel said.
