"I began this week by baring my soul and telling you about what has happened to me over the last five years and in particular why I am so driven now to do the things that I do," Glenn told audiences Wednesday night.
Of all the projects Glenn announced, The Revolutionary seemed to excite Glenn the most, but it was the one he revealed the least about.
"This is going to be one of those movies that if we can get it right, and I believe we can, then your friends will be sitting in a movie theater, and you will just be going they have no idea, they have no idea what they’re cheering for. They have no idea. And then at the end, you can go, you know what that story is all about, right? Because it’s time to stop preaching to the choir. It’s time to get some new people into the loft," Glenn said.
Glenn's creative partner Ben McPherson said they would be modeling their storytelling after Christ. "I think the only thing I should say is that it’s important to us to echo the greatest teacher that ever lived, who is Christ, and he taught in parables. And we think it’s important that we do the same."
The duo also revealed it would be filmed in Latin America in Spanish with English subtitles.
Aside from that, the American Dream Labs website offers only a two sentence description: "When a charismatic young leader speaks truth to power, corrupt government officials go on the attack, a close friend becomes an enemy, innocent blood is spilled, and a revolution begins. What are you willing to give for the Truth?"
