On radio today Glenn reacted to the social media outrage over the Discovery Channel program ‘Eaten Alive’ which featured a man claiming to get eaten by a giant Anaconda snake. Turns out he didn’t make it very far in the process before tapping out and calling for help, and disturbingly people were not happy with this. They wanted him eaten, as promised!
"We are truly in cakes and circuses now," Glenn said. "We're in the place to where we're watching a guy being eaten by an anaconda and if he's not eaten, we want our money back, even though it was free. It was on TV. And it was free. People are upset. Very upset."
Glenn read some of the best tweets on air, including one that said, "They should rename Eaten Alive for looking for snakes for 1.5 hours and trying to be eaten alive but only get a scratch on my arm."
To help alleviate some of the disappointment all of the viewers felt, Glenn promised to put either Pat or Stu in a meat suit and let his new dog, Uno, eat one of them. It's not clear if that means alive or not, but you won't want to miss that tonight at 5pm ET on TheBlaze TV.
