Incredibly, after all of the protests, riots, civil disobedience, rhetoric - Obama’s Department of Justice is set to clear Officer Darren Wilson. The facts in this case, while tragic, appear to be remarkably clear yet the case will forever go down as another example of modern racism in the United States.
According to the New York Times, The FBI found no evidence to support the charges against police officer Darren Wilson for the shooting of Michael Brown. Attorney General Eric Holder and civil rights chief Vanita Gupta have the final say, but The Times reports "it would be unusual for them to overrule the prosecutors on the case, who are still working on a legal memo explaining their recommendation."
"It's a witch hunt," Glenn said. "They go after. They investigate. The FBI, under Holder, investigates. They come back and say, there's no reason to charge. There's no civil rights violations that are happening here."
"Investigation found no evidence to support any of the charges...that's huge," he said.
