President Obama not only agreed -- but actually came up with the idea to conduct interviews with three popular YouTube personalities after the State of the Union speech. One of the interviewers, Glozell Green, said it didn’t make any sense. Glenn says she’s absolutely right. Check out Glenn’s reaction on radio today.
"Now, GloZell, if you don't know, GloZell is this woman with green lipstick who's known for putting honey in her eyes," Glenn said.
"I really don't have a problem with GloZell. She might be a nice person and everything else," Glenn said.
Glenn did have an issue with President Obama making the YouTube stars the first interview after the State of the Union. It essentially turns him into a joke.
"Sweetheart, let me tell you something. You were just used. You were used because he any you weren't going to ask any questions. You were used. You were a shill, a propaganda shill," Glenn said.
He also took issue with CNN, which interviewed GloZell following her sit down with Obama. Rather than really push her to answer tough questions about why she was picked over other outlets, they just admired how cute the interview was.
"It was sickening. CNN, all the journalists there should be ashamed of themselves," Glenn said.
