This is awkward...
Defense Secretary Ash Carter had been sworn in for mere moments when Joe Biden decided to get a little too close to Carter's wife. As Carter was giving his remarks, Biden put his hands on Stephanie Carter's shoulders and whispered into her ear. She seemed just as disgusted by the whole thing as Glenn was seeing the photo.
"Have you noticed the number of women who apparently Joe Biden thinks wants it?" Glenn asked. "This is the creepiest thing I've seen."
"It's her moment of listening to her husband, and she's got this creep on her," he continued.

"If my daughter was standing there and her husband was giving his first address in his new role - it's such an important moment for husband and wife - the last thing I would be doing is dominating my daughter and putting my hands on her shoulders and leaning in and saying, isn't he great? Isn't he great or what? I wouldn't be doing that. It's her moment with her husband. Not mine. So even as a dad, I wouldn't do that. This is just creepy. He does this all the time."
