Glenn took a moment on radio Tuesday to name some of the good things he thinks Barack Obama has done for this country. Surprising as this may be, actually Glenn came up with a handful of things, including the fact that the President has awakened Glenn unlike anything ever has.

GLENN: Can we just spend a moment and name the good things that Barack Obama has done for this country?
STU: I'd rather use the airtime for any other topic, personally.
GLENN: I can name a few.
PAT: You can name good things --
GLENN: Good things that Barack Obama has done for this country.
STU: The time he sang that Marvin Gaye song.
JEFFY: Oh, yeah.
GLENN: He's given us the best field of Republican candidates I've had in my lifetime.
PAT: That is true. That is true.
GLENN: He has awakened me unlike anything has ever awakened me. I am fundamentally changed as a man because of Barack Obama. I am stronger as a man because of Barack Obama. My family is stronger because of Barack Obama. My -- my willingness to stand for things that are right and things that are wrong, is off the charts because of Barack Obama.
STU: That's like saying, one of the good things, whoever Megan's killer was did was Megan's Law.
GLENN: I'm not saying that I would choose to do it that way.
STU: Right.
GLENN: I'm just saying, all things work to good. We can either sit here and whine. But what made me think of this was Bernie Sanders. And I heard you guys off the air. And you guys were going back and forth and saying, who is it going to be? You were going over the list and what people are saying now that Bloomberg might be the guy to run. And I thought, look at the wreckage this man has left in his wake. Because he was --
PAT: In his own party.
GLENN: Because he was the messiah.
PAT: Yeah.
GLENN: He was the messiah. So they haven't been pushed. They just have been skating for eight years. Meanwhile --
PAT: And I think they just felt like, well, Hillary is the heir. We don't have to do any work on that. We're done. We're done for another 16 years.
GLENN: We're done. We're done for 16 years. We don't have to worry about it.
PAT: Yeah.
GLENN: So they weren't pushed against the wall. They had no obstacles in their way. They got fat and lazy. And look at the mess they're in right now. On the other hand, we've been pushed and pushed and pushed, and look at us. Look at us. Look at this field.
