It is really not comforting when you just pull out some clothes out of your closet and go trick or treating with the kids and everyone tells you how much they love your costume but they can't figure out who you are supposed to be.
I gave up saying "nobody, this is just what I pulled out of my closet," and started going with "I decided to dress as a parody of me."
Everyone loved that.
I think I could have won a prize. :) Sad isn't it?
I don't know if it is good for business but everything from hat to shoes is 1791 and the new Edward Janssen line. I think it is "how" I am wearing it.
I like to call this look the "it hasn't been sixty degrees in Texas for 8 months and I am going to be cold outside while my kids collect candy in the church parking lot" look.
