Think you're kids aren't watching when you play Grand Theft Auto or Call of Duty? Think they don't notice the swearing and violence? Think again.
Glenn played on radio today a powerful ad that highlights how the choices we make and the things we expose our children to --- even when we think they're not paying attention --- have an impact.

GLENN: Hmm. Welcome to the program. We heard this ad and I just want to play this for you. Because I think this is one of the most powerful ads I've ever heard. And it's really less about the games than it is about parents and kids and what you're doing and what example you're setting for your kids. Listen to this.
VOICE: I'm so glad my dad used the Ashley Madison app. Now instead of being there for my birthday, he just calls.
VOICE: My mommy uses a sexting app. She likes to set a good example.
VOICE: It's amazing! I'm so psyched when my daddy plays Grand Theft Auto. Now I know all the bad words.
VOICE: Bad words are the best words.
VOICE: Mommy, what does --
VOICE: My mommy loves first person shooters.
VOICE: Die, die, die. Pew, pew, pew.
VOICE: Games we play, don't really matter. Do they?
VOICE: Do they?
VOICE: Do they?
VOICE: By shining light in this darkness.
GLENN: I don't know anything about the company. What's the company called?
PAT: Clean Light Games. Something like that.
GLENN: Yeah. Play. That's good. That's good. Neither of us wrote it down. We just thought that was a great ad.
PAT: Yeah. Yeah.
GLENN: And took the audio from it. I guess the slogan is play in the light. It's like Clean Light Games or something like that. I don't know if it's any good. But really effective ad.
STU: I heard that one quote that I've heard Jeffy repeat many times: Bad words are the best words.
GLENN: Yes. I just thought the opening line -- play just the opening again. I think this is so powerful.
VOICE: I'm so glad my dad used the Ashley Madison app.
PAT: I'm so glad my dad used an Ashley Madison app. Now instead of being at my birthday, he calls me for my birthday.
GLENN: That's amazing. That's amazing.
