On radio this week, Glenn told listeners about a conversation he had with his kids regarding shopping on Black Friday. While he admitted he doesn't think anything is going to happen, he said he'd rather have his kids safe.
"I'm debating whether or not to tell you in my own mind, but I told my kids this, and so why wouldn't I tell you?" Glenn said. "I just told my kids, 'Play it safe. I wouldn't be in a shopping mall on Black Friday or on that weekend.'"
He added, "Does that hurt our economy? Yeah. Would I rather have my kids safe? Yeah."
Fortunately, thanks to the Internet, there are plenty of ways to keep the economy going strong without going to the mall.
For instance, *cough* the Official Glenn Beck Store. Get up to 25 percent off everything storewide this weekend!
