And then there were four. The final contenders for Trump's VP spot appear to be former Speaker of the House Newt Gingrich, Indiana Gov. Mike Pence, New Jersey Governor Chris Christie and Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn. A new poll shows Trump within striking distance of Hillary --- trailing by just four points --- making his choice for VP more important than ever.
"I think it's going to be Gingrich," Co-host Pat Gray predicted.
"I think it's going to be the general," Glenn said.
"Christie I think fits him the best, and Gingrich does, but you'd think the traditional choice would be Pence," Co-host Stu Burguiere chimed in.
Time will tell, but a new poll reveals the chances of each potential candidate. Stu shared the numbers Tuesday during the radio program:
Mike Pence: 44%
Newt Gingrich: 20%
Chris Christie 12%
Michael Flynn: 9%
"Oh, wow," Glenn said.
