Glenn joined Mike Slater's radio show to discuss a variety of topics last week, including his controversial stance against the GOP presidential nominee.
Slater kicked off the conversation on a personal note, asking Glenn for parental advice as he and his wife are expecting their first child. Later, Glenn opened up about his endorsement of Ted Cruz and position against Donald Trump's presidential run.

"Were the negative things you said about Trump too harsh to the point of alienating listeners unnecessarily?" Slater asked.
Glenn asked for clarification.
"You're asking me if I could go back and do it all over again?"
"Maybe," Slater responded.
Answering deliberately, Glenn said:
Yes. I don't think I said anything about Donald Trump that I think is untrue. Did I express it poorly? Yeah. And it's why, honestly, when Sean Hannity is yelling at me and saying 'I'm going to hold you responsible' and everything else, I understand that. I was angry at the time when Cruz --- when my guy was losing and I thought he was the right guy.
Glenn then posed a question for listeners to consider.
"We're going to need each other, no matter who wins, in November. Can we find a way back to each other?" Glenn said. "I hope so."
