A photo of the van prior to the FBI covering it up with a tarp has emerged.
Photos on the van appear to feature President Donald Trump and Vice President Mike Pence, CNN, the Democratic donkey and the Republican elephant, and various American flags.
DNA evidence reportedly links the unnamed mail to the suspicious packages.
In addition to the FBI, the NYPD and the U.S. Postal Inspector Police are on the scene.

CNN, the Associated Press, and CBS News have all confirmed through law enforcement forces that one person has been arrested in connection with the suspicious packages. The arrest was reportedly made around 10:30 p.m, and sources told WFOR-TV that a loud explosion was heard during the arrest.
CBS News reported that Sarah Isgur Flores, a Justice Department spokesperson, said that a news conference is scheduled at 2:30 p.m.

CBS News also reported a heavy police presence in Plantation, Florida, where the suspect is believed to have been arrested and taken into custody.
