Twenty-two million people in the island nation of Sri Lanka are now struggling to survive the worst economic crisis they have ever encountered. Gas prices went through the roof, food prices followed, and now the nation is on the brink of collapse. But just a few years ago, Sri Lanka was the jewel of Asia to the global economic elite. So what happened?

On the radio program Monday, BlazeTV's Glenn Beck detailed how Sri Lanka descended into chaos — all thanks to new rules forced by the World Economic Forum and its "Great Reset" agenda — and warned how America must learn its lesson before Sri Lanka’s current nightmare becomes America's economic reality.

After ten years and roughly half a million dollars, Glenn Beck finally got the electricity stable out on his ranch. In this clip, Stu Burguiere, host of "Stu Does America," inquired about Glenn's "green dream," which sounds more like a nightmare.

According to Glenn, the pricey investment in his solar-powered ranch requires a significant compromise in quality of living. Glenn's ranch house does not have air conditioning, has a small refrigerator, and has different ovens because of the power draw, and they "suck!"

Are electric cars and solar-powered homes ready for the public to accept as the standard?

"Solar energy is not ready for prime time," Glenn explained. Watch the video to hear more on this topic.

A new report released Wednesday reveals that the mass shooting at Robb Elementary School in Uvalde, Texas, that killed 19 children and two teachers could have been stopped before the gunman ever entered the building.

A Texas State University report includes a detailed timeline for the May 24 tragedy that shows one Uvalde police officer could have shot the gunman before he ever entered the school, but didn't get permission from his supervisor to take the shot.

Filling in for Glenn Beck on the radio program Thursday, BlazeTV hosts Pat Gray of "Pat Gray Unleashed" and Stu Burguiere of "Stu Does America" discussed the latest findings about the police response to the Uvalde tragedy and the absurdity of implementing policy based on this terrible event.

Lightfoot laments 'TOXICITY' in public discourse — just days after publicly shouting 'F*** Clarence Thomas'

Chicago Mayor Lori Lightfoot lamented the loss of "respect for the institutions of our democracy" and "toxicity in our public discourse" in the wake of Monday's mass shooting during a Fourth of July parade in Highland Park, Illinois. This is the same Lori Lightfoot who just last week publicly shouted "F*** Clarence Thomas," demonstrating a stunning lack of respect for a justice of the Supreme Court of the United States.

"What it feels like is happening in this moment in our democracy is people are losing respect for the institutions of our democracy," Lightfoot said during a news conference on Tuesday. "The toxicity in our public discourse is a thing I think we should all be concerned about," she added.

"We have got to focus on what brings us together and not what tears us apart, and we've got to get back to respect for each other and respect for community. And that's the thing, I think, that concerns me the most over the arc of the last two years," Lightfoot, who in May urged for a "call to arms," had the audacity to suggest.

Last week, however, the definitely-not-toxic Democrat publicly shouted "F*** Clarence Thomas," ripped into anyone who objected to her wanton lack of respect, and later doubled down with a tweet proudly captioned "I said what I said."

A tweet provided by Townhall.com put Lightfoot's hypocrisy on full display:

Filling in for Glenn Beck on the radio program Wednesday, Pat Gray and Stu Burguiere called out Mayor Lightfoot's glaring hypocrisy and the left's misleading narrative on gun violence in America. Watch the video clip below. Can't watch? Download the podcast here.
