“Delusional ravings”? Glenn hits back at critics who ignored warnings of Muslim Brotherhood ascension

Get Glenn Live! On TheBlaze TV

Update: Tonight on GBTV, Glenn went into depth on the people in the media who got the story on the Muslim Brotherhood right and the overwhelming number of people on both the right and the left who got it wrong. You can get those details HERE

When news broke of the Muslim Brotherhood winning the presidency in Egypt over the weekend, viewers and listeners of The Glenn Beck Program probably weren’t too surprised. After all, Glenn has been warning about Islamic extremists rising to power in the Middle East ever since the Arab Spring first grew to national attention in late January of 2011. Unfortunately, the mainstream media was way behind the curve on this story, with many on the right and the left criticizing Glenn for thinking that radicals would take control of Egypt.

Take, for instance, Bill Kristol’s infamous statement:

But hysteria is not a sign of health. When Glenn Beck rants about the caliphate taking over the Middle East from Morocco to the Philippines, and lists (invents?) the connections between caliphate-promoters and the American left, he brings to mind no one so much as Robert Welch and the John Birch Society. He’s marginalizing himself, just as his predecessors did back in the early 1960s.

Nor is it a sign of health when other American conservatives are so fearful of a popular awakening that they side with the dictator against the democrats. Rather, it’s a sign of fearfulness unworthy of Americans, of short-sightedness uncharacteristic of conservatives, of excuse-making for thuggery unworthy of the American conservative tradition.

Or how about David Brooks who said:

There was an interesting split among the Glenn Beck types, really with delusional ravings about the Caliphate coming back. And I would say the conservative establishment which was, this is a fulfillment of Ronald Reagan’s democracy during ‑ there was that interesting split and there were really some fights including between Bill Kristol and Glenn Beck this week….Right, this is wonderful, what are you raving about? It’s not the taking over of the Muslim ‑‑and Glenn Beck for the first time began to see a lot of serious conservatives taking on Beck and people like that saying, you know, your theories are whacky.

And, perhaps one of the worst, senior intelligence advisor for the White House James Clapper said:

“The term ‘Muslim Brotherhood’…is an umbrella term for a variety of movements, in the case of Egypt, a very heterogeneous group, largely secular, which has eschewed violence and has decried al-Qaida as a perversion of Islam.”

Meanwhile, Glenn was one of the only voices warning of the possible problems that could arise from the Arab Spring:

Get Glenn Live! On TheBlaze TV

On radio this morning, Glenn took some time to address his critics, taking particular aim at David Brooks.

“Theories are just whacky,” Glenn said after replaying the David Brooks audio from last year.

“They were in Tahrir Square over the weekend just, you know, Allah Akbar, Allah Akbar. And the Muslim Brotherhood now has officially taken over in Egypt. But don’t worry about it. President Obama says it’s all good, it’s all good,” he said.

“According to an Arab language report last Tuesday, closed‑door senior‑level Brotherhood confab, the Islamist group intends to get rid of film and ‘artistic heritage.’ That’s a quote. They are going to replace police uniforms with Islamic garb and make memorization of Islam’s holy book a precondition for advancement in school. The sweeping changes dubbed now the Jazira Plan, will be put into ‑‑ put into place as soon as Dr. Morsi assumes the presidency, this according to a report over in the Middle East this weekend,” Glenn read.

“The first step in the plan is to replace the National Anthem with the so called anthem of the Islamic Caliphate,” he explained. “ Soon followed by the abolition of the ministry of information, replacing it with Islamic media organization whose sole aim will be to publish Islamic heritage only.”

“That’s some delusional ranting you just did there,” Stu joked.

I am wondering are we are starting to see the  the beginning of the fulfillment of Isaiah 19? Some the conditions seem to be setting up in Egypt.

  • http://www.artinphoenix.com/gallery/grimm snowleopard (cat folk gallery)

Glenn, remember that Lord Jesus declared that a “prophet (messenger) is without honor in his own country.”

This means that anyone who fights to warn others of what is coming, and that the ruling or elected party (Obama in this case), stands in favor of having occur, will bring down all manner of contempt, scorn, derision, discreditation, and violence to those who deliver the warnings. The powers that be use any and all means to silence them once and for all.

Here we have warned and warned while the administration allied with extremists; and now the clear trend of history is at hand. Now the harvest Obama has sought to sew is coming to the time of harvest, and we will reap the whirlwind he has unleashed.

May God have mercy on Obama and his cronies when the time comes for them to stand before Him in the judgement we all will face.

    Probable.

I’ll jump the gun and predict Glenn that you will say that it is a muslim plot to take over all the countries in the region, attack Israel with the help of Russia and bring about Armegeddon.  Am I pretty close on this Glenn?  I mean, I’m not saying you’re wrong because it is very possibly true.  I just want the predictions clarified.
My prediction is that it does not matter how the end plays out to God’s purpose.  His will be done and I will take Jesus advice and “Fear not”.

  • Anonymous

What’s sick about this is how easy Glenn comes to misunderstand what the “critics” are saying about him. It’s not about him being right or wrong about what he predicted it, it’s about the judgment he passes on various and diverse (not one homogenous) Muslim communities. He just doesn’t get how much harm he does, all around, with this promotion of hate against a people, a religion and his perpetuation of prejudicial attitudes against people he doesn’t really know or understand.

  • Anonymous

Don’t be such an easy manipulatable nut job. Not everything has to fall within your wild interpretations of scripture. Sometimes, –most of the time– things are what they are, in all their complexity and splendor. You’d do well not to impose on them your bias and prejudice.

  • Anonymous

I disagree completely with Mr. Beck, the Muslim Brotherhood has a long well-developed history of peaceful interaction with its neighbors and those over whom they guide and lead.  The Muslim Brotherhood is nearly pacifistic in its beliefs and action, Mr. Beck couldn’t be more mistaken in his observations.

Now if you’ll excuse me I have to get back to my magic pixie-dust kingdom which exists somewhere over the rainbow.

  • Anonymous

It’s the US who really has a longstanding history of peaceful interaction with countries in the middle east, don’t you know anything?

  • Anonymous

The problem with Beck is he usually has an ulterior motive from the one that he proclaims. Whatever good he does say is lost because of the mistrust. Mistrust to those who dare to question and look behind Beck’s superficial mask. Beck was correct in one thing, the masks are definitely coming off.

I have always agreed that the Muslim Brotherhood is a threat to the stabilization of the Middle East. While I am sure that some do believe in the Muslim Caliphate, I don’t think that is what drives this violence. They have been taught to hate and despise all others because of the deficiencies in there forms of governance. Throughout history dictators and despots have always used scape goats when their policies fail or to re-direct the public’s attention away from other nefarious dealings.

I have to think back to another thing that Beck said, watch what the other hand is doing (something close to that effect anyways). Since Beck is scrutinizing the Muslim Religion, let’s be fair and question Beck’s religion.

Has anybody ever heard of the Mormon Prophecy from it’s “Prophets” Joseph Smith and Brigham Young called The White Horse Prophecy?

“The time will come when the destiny of the nation will hang upon a
single thread. At that critical juncture, this people will step forth
and save it from the threatened destruction.” It will be so. – Joseph Smith (Journal of
    Discourses, Vol. 7, p. 15, Brigham Young, 1854)

“When the Constitution of the United States hangs, as it were, upon a
single thread, they will have to call for the ‘Mormon’ Elders to save it
from utter destruction; and they will step forth and do it,” Brigham
Young, Smith’s successor as head of the church, wrote in 1855.

Are the Mormons trying hasten the day that Mormons will “save” America, similar to what Beck claims the Muslims are doing with their caliphate? How will these Mormon Elders exactly save us and what will we become afterwards? A Theocracy? In the Mormon religion, “The Kingdom of God” means the LDS and the only way into heaven is by servitude to the church. Theocracy?

    Question with boldness!

The situation in Syria and the Middle-East is getting hot and heavy.  Reports now indicate that a major military exercise is about to take place in Syria which will include Syrian allies, Russia, China and Iran participating.  The exercise will include up to 90,000 personnel.  In addition, Russia is sending additional military support and arms to the Syrian regime, and will have two navy ships in short order, take up positions in the Syrian port of Tartus.
An exercise?  This sounds more like a military build-up in anticipation of a middle-east conflict between Russian, along with her middle-east allies, against Israel, the Western forces, or both.  Psalm 83, Jeremiah 49, Obadiah, Isaiah 17, and Ezekiel 38/39

You’re the type of guy, that if the Jihadists were coming into your home to behead a family member because they believe the koran to be evil and Muhammed to be a liar, manipulator, and a pedophile, would say to the family member, “well, you should have been nicer to the Muslims.” Glenn perfectly understands Islam and how that “religion” is spread and perpetrated. It is a “religion” of fear, bloodshed, and violence condoned by their Imam’s as devised by their founder, Muhammed.

The Russian army invades and swarms over the mountains of Israel to the north. God waits until they actually come into the covenant land and totally wipes them out supernaturally on those very mountains. The whole world then witnesses the Holy God of Israel and is forced to recognize that He was the one who destroyed this army and not human effort. A great revival takes place in Israel, as they now begin to recognize Yeshua (Jesus) as the true Messiah and turn to Him in great numbers. All of this is predicted in the scriptures.

Muslim Brotherhood’s Dr. Morsi Winner of Egypt’s Presidential Election

This is the same Dr. Morsi was the overseer of the website of the Muslim Brotherhood. That website has the following:
Dr. Mohamed Morsi, candidate of the Muslim Brotherhood and its political arm the Freedom and Justice Party (FJP) for the presidency, said that the party and the group have great confidence in the Egyptian people’s awareness and enlightenment, and that they shall willingly and jealously rally around the Renaissance Project…Dr. Morsi said…“Needless to say, currently, the candidate of the FJP and the Muslim Brotherhood is the only contender who offers a clearly Islamic project.” http://www.ikhwanweb.com/article.php?id=29910
What is the Muslim Brotherhood?…“The Islamic nation,” its charter states, “must be fully prepared to fight the tyrants and the enemies of Allah as a prelude to establishing an Islamic state”—ideally a re-established caliphate, stretching from Spain across the Middle East and Central Asia to Indonesia, to be governed according to Islamic sharia law. The Holy Spirit is no respecter of persons. God has always dealt with people according to what is going on in their hearts. He deals mercifully and in righteousness with any who come to him, from whatever race. He draws them to Himself and they are born again. They come into Yehoveh-God’s nation as a “melo-hagoyim”, a company of many races and nations. This promise of a huge massive company of people was the original blessing given to Joseph’s younger son Ephraim. And it was part of the original twofold promise to Abraham where God promised him, 1. a City not made with hands, and 2. a multitude of descendants as numerous as the stars of heaven and the sand of the sea.

  • mdkrause

Obama should pat himself on the back for helping to get rid of a dictator by replacing him with the demon that was democratically elected. Something like Gaza with hamas.  Clinton is so smart with her happy days ahead for the arab spring.  Syria is looking great, Libya has become a disaster.  But what will Obama do when Egypt starts supplying weapons to hamas?  Whats the big deal just a few rockets a day into Israel. Whats the big deal a few dead Jews. Right Clinton as you and your hypocrit husband and his girlfriend vaction at camp David. Or Obama with his golfing vacations while missles drop in southern Israel supplied to hamas through tunnels in Egypt.  What will obama do if the Egyptians open their borders to hamas and allow thousand of weapons in Gaza?
Often wonder why you don’t see alot of older men running around on Egyptian tv. Most were killed in the Sinai desert. The last 2 wars didn’t go well for Egypt.
I hope the Egyptian military holds onto power.

How dare you call yourself a Samaritan. If you actually were one of the 700+ Samaritans/Shomronim living in Israel or Arab-occupied Schechem, you would live in fear of the Muslim Brotherhood, and the Jihadis who occupy and desecrate your holy place in Mt. Gezerim.

As for the Muslim Brotherhood being peaceful, would that be when they tried to take over Egypt with terror and violence in teh 1950 and 1960s or when the assassinated Sadat? Would that being the 1970s and 1980s when they unleashed a wave of terror in Syria (or today in Syria)?
Perhaps you are thinking of their peaceful subsidiaries, Gamat al Islamiyaa (first World Trade center bombers), Islamic Jihad (now part of Al Qeada), the Islamic Resistance Movement Hamas, or Al Qaeda proper?

Russia and China both would be stone dead stupid to initiate war with the West at this time. I believe that Russia’s involvement is a psuedo-support for Syria and Iran for the sole purpose of securing favorable oil supply status in the future. It’s political and they’ll withdraw. On the other hand, China doesn’t think war will come, but is willing to support from a distance. Their population and the U.S. provide them with enough surplus wealth to support crazy despotic regimes, especially if it means getting global competition to spend their wealth on fighting such regimes and then China will be there after the conflict to scoop up whatever gains they can take from the resulting anti-West resentment built up in the populations of those countries.

    Or

The hand of evil is at move in the world and is determined to initiate the inevitable WWIII, killing as much of the world’s “surplus” population in the process as possible and prepared to push a new world order in the aftermath.

    Or

The respective leaders of the various countries in the world really are as incompetent as all this seems to make them out to be.

When are we gullible Westerners going to accept at face value what our unalterable enemies tell their followers? When will the hopelessly complicit American media tell us what Palestinian leaders exhort their people when speaking in Arabic, rather than the wholly cleansed English language translation of their speeches? Given our relative geographic safety and the predominant multicultural mindset in this country, we don’t begin to pay proper attention to the evils that surround us, all determined to end this country as we know it. Thanks, Glenn, for sharing the truth.

Has anyone really read the article quoted by Mr. Beck? Cause it continues as:

“As with all news coming out of the Egyptian press—known for its often wild, un-sourced conspiracy theories—reports of this meeting should be read with a healthy dose of skepticism. If the reports prove true, the Brotherhood may have little say in implementing its grand plan anyway. Tension with the military and uncertainty over the fate and composition of a new Parliament endure despite the presidential outcome.”Especially last week the Egyptian press was full of these sort of articles.  The aim of these articles are simply to cause fear over Egyptians and give the military an upper hand.Victory speech of Morsi was actually very positive towards both Christians and Israel:http://www.nytimes.com/2012/06/25/world/middleeast/mohamed-morsi-of-muslim-brotherhood-declared-as-egypts-president.html?pagewanted=1&_r=1

The Muslim Brotherhood is as dangerous as anything Muslim.  Muslim’s will say they are peaceful and want to co-exist.  NOT SO!  Their Koran tells them that Christians and Jews do not deserve to live if we don’t embrace Islam. A Christian is any one who genuinely follow Jesus Christ by following his teachings. Being simply from a Christian family alone does not make a person a Christian. The following is a partial quote by another person who commented about Sirhan Sirhan  on another website.
”At any rate, I dug out my copy of “RFK Must Die,” which includes the full version of Sirhan’s diary. Just a sampling of the diary entries illustrate Sirhan’s support for Marxist communism, which as you know is a secular ideology:“American capitalism will fall and give way to the worker’s dictatorship.” (p.9 of diary, 553 of book).“Long Live Nasser. Long live Communism. Long live Communism. Long live Communism.” (p. 14 of diary, 558 of book).“I firmly support the communist cause and its people–whether Russian, Chinese, Albania, Hungary or anywhere. Workers of the world unite. You have nothing to lose but your chains and a world to win.” (pp. 47-48 of diary, pages 589-90 of book). Also, on page 16 of the diary (560 of the book), he wrote the word “God” in English several times, with the sign of the Christian cross drawn next to the word.In the end, I think where we are at on this is that we can agree that Sirhan was a SOB who happened to be an Arab Nationalist/Ba’thist. Undoubtedly, his commitment to that cause helped drive him to assassinate RFK, although I suspect alot of this was also simply a case of a little man wanting to make a big name for himself. I know that he was Arab, but I’m also positive that he was not Muslim (sorry to put it so bluntly, but there it is). However the fact that he was not Muslim does not in my mind diminish the evil of the deed or the evil of the man who carried out the deed. The sole reason I raised this issue in the first place was purely to address a factual point; I did not intend in any way to excuse or support his dastardly act.”

An old friend of mine came from Jordan to the US to attend a university. While in the US, he converted from Islam to Christianity and eventually married a Christian woman, the daughter of an even older friend. Soon afterward, his entire family, who remained muslim, was slaughtered in Jordan because of HIS conversion.

So much for the religion of peace. The Koran allows, even encourages, muslims to lie to non-muslims to hide their true purpose. These people are infiltrators into our society and are likely to slaughter us and our families at the whim of their imam, the most corrupt of all. They conduct bomb making classes and teach self-slaughter in their mosques in schools just down the street from our homes. When triggered by their imams, they will blow up their bodies adjacent to our homes, schools and churches scattering the pieces of the bodies of our wives and children just as they have done in Spain, Russia, France and elsewhere. They have been bought and paid for by the great Satan, even Lucifer who owns their very souls and even lies to THEM about 72 virgins. It is all a culture of lies and deceit.

WERE THIS NOT SO, the so-called moderate muslims would fight against it and expose their imams to “protect” their neighbors. Instead, they HIDE the dark workings in their mosques. Those who might reveal their dark workings are slaughtered by their fathers and brothers. They slaughter their wives and daughters with ABSOLUTELY no recourse. They have no feelings for their own flesh and blood, why should they have feelings for us?

The Arabs internationally seem to be, with few exceptions, a trash society hell bent on slaughtering the rest of humanity.

If that scientist working alongside you at the university is a Muslim, he is already committed and sworn to slit your throat at the earliest opportunity or at the behest of his local imam, whichever comes first. The same goes for the taxi-driver in front of you, the waiter placing your order in front of you, that rag-head standing next to you on the bus or in the elevator, that passenger on your plane, the shop-keeper you frequent, the teacher of your children, etc., etc.

Am I Islamaphobic? Absolutely!! These vermin vipers are no friend of the human race. THEY ARE DEDICATED AND COMMITTED BY OATH to slaughtering all non-Muslims in the name of their false prophet Mohamed in the name of their false god alala who is the great Satan that claims to be god. There is but one God and it ain’t alala.

I am also trying to remain alive longer than you, so you ought to be watching your own back.

I have read at least 50 of these comments and I am appalled.
Two main reasons ; First reason.

It was obvious to anyone who was not asleep outside a bar or
in a cradle that the Muslim brotherhood were going to win this Egyptian
elections and it is obvious that they would also introduce sharia and all the
lunacy that comes with it.  But we
all know that Islam is a barbaric religion and that this will set Egypt back
500 years. But try to recognise that the islamisation of Egypt and all the Arab
and Islamic countries could be a good thing for the West. What will they do? Crazy
old imams will be running the show. Their boys will go to Islamic schools and
learn how to recite the Koran back front and sideways and their girls will
become the invisible prisoners of the religion. Any vestige of academia,
industry or civilised behaviour will go out the window and take second place to
oppressive religious stupidity. All good I say. That will mean that the only
way they can advance in a modern world is to beg the West for favours.  If we are bright and clever, (something
anathema to the American left,) we will act thus. The West can modify their
behaviour towards the rest of the world by withholding help unless their
international behaviour is improved. Oh -That’s right – first would need to get
rid of pathetic American political correctness. But one never knows. Crazier
    things have happened.

    The second thing is this;

     If you guys
think the advancement of humankind will be furthered by you giving all power to
your magic guy in the sky – you are no better than them, (the islamics.) In the
end you will be just as crazy.

Now that was sarcasm for those who can concentrate long
enough to get to the bottom of a post.

War is coming. I wonder how long it will take for our societies to wake up and realize that we will have to kill almost all of them to be rid of them. They already know it and are preparing for the slaughter, they call it ‘ Caliphate’. I know in my heart that we will win and they will all die because it is their highest calling.

With the Muslim Brotherhood and the Sisterhood, as the chief of staff for Hillary likes to call it, being placed deep within our government system with full access to all our secret information and the on going down playing of the facts about the Violent intentions of the guiding principles that they are trying to spread. And assisting them is counter to their oaths of office, and amounts to treason “giving aid and comfort to the enemy” as well as trying to establish a dictatorship via executive fiat

I’m not convinced it will happen that way. Before the events of the New testament, Learned men thought that the Messiah would usher in a new Kingdom like David’s. but now only in 20-20 hindsight can we see what scriptures were really talking about. I know of his second coming but I’ve never heard about his 3rd coming, which is what would have to happen the way you describe. I am not convinced that Gog or Magog is Russia, although it may be.

War of some kind is coming – you can be sure of that – but somehow I believe that it will be between people and a religion rather than nations. Tanks and air forces will be replaced by people waring in the streets. Politicians and armies will be powerless. It has already started in some places but is not recognised for what it is. Look at what is happening in Europe and notice that the USA is following the same blind and stupid path urged on by the wakko left. Soon it will get out of hand in Europe and the authorities won’t be able to contain it. It is inevitable and all you need to see that and make this prediction is a calculator. Just tote up the islamic immigration and their birthrate (8 to 1) and kiss your ass bye bye. There are at least 70 million Islamics in Europe now and more arriving every day by boat and by birth and THEY know in THEIR  heart that THEY will win – HA! How ’bout that. Just like you do Lee Anne.  What do you reckon the death toll will be in THAT war – but in the mean time – BE NICE!
It is definitely coming within the decade – but could begin any moment. All that it needs now is a spark – just one spark. Tunisia, Egypt, Libya and Syria are nothing but a blip and a new source of immigrants dedicated to the destruction of civilisation.
THEY are the 200 million man army you read about in the bible. They have already crossed the Euphrates and the west welcomed them with open arms, welfare and a free lunch!
    So stupid we are.

By using your logic, it doesn’t matter what a President believes. How would a Fascist President bring about Fascism in America? How would a Satanist? A Muslim? A Communist?

History has taught us that these things don’t happen over night, like water eroding stone. A hundred years ago, who would have predicted that our Federal and a State’s Gov. could mandate a person buy insurance just for the simple fact of being alive? Subterfuge is how it always happens and it takes time.

This isn’t my prophecy, I am only informing people what Mormons really believe. Beck’s #1 job as a paid propagandist for the Mormon Church is to blur the lines between Christianity and Mormonism in an attempt to mainstream it.

In Gulf War I, I was able to salvage a bus load of Polish nurses fm Saudi wannabes (interior ministry guards).  It was not by accident that I was where I was when they were pulled over to who knows what end.  I “draped” my American flag over them and saw them freed before anything could happen.  My RP (Chaplain’s clerk in the Navy) tht for sure I was inviting an international incident.  As my flag was over the Poles, so God’s grace was draped over me.  And we all got home safely.

I have an Egyptian friend, who is Orthodox Christian, from Egypt, who was telling me that his family had to pay to be left alone. The muslims will allow you to exist as long as you pay. My friend has been here for about 11 years, so that happened under Mubarak. I am sure it is not going to get any better now…

P.S. My friend came here legally.

  • greywolfrs

Well, we all knew this would be the case. One thing that most people seem to forget is these people are muslims. Of course, the MBH would win any election and take over. If Obamao did not realize this when he backed the people revolting, then he is dumber than anyone could have imagined. Mubarak may not have been the ideal leader, but he kept the peace between Egypt and Israel. He also gave Egypt a working government. What do they have now? A power struggle that could not possibly turn out well.

So, first, our government helps and backs Mubarak. Now, Obamao is backing the people revolting and the MBH.  Is it really any wonder why these people hate the USA?

Yes, wolf, that’s what I’ve heard/read about how some Christians were spared.

From the early days of Islam, payment would have to be made by non-Muslims

in order to stay in their land which had been taken over by the Muslims.  Didn’t

always turn out well, however.   Muslims slaughtered many non-Muslims. Can’t

say if they had been paying before or not.  Perhaps their property was standing

in the way of Muslim ”expansion”?

Can I just say Americans – that there is a dynamic here, clearly apparent from outside the USA, that your sharply divisive left and right and politically correct nonsense has given your nation a government that is not respected around the world by either friend or foe. Obama – I mean – really!  Oh we all respect the power of the USA, and we certainly respect the ethos that your great nation was built on, but really people, how do you expect the world to take you seriously when you introduce all this god bothering nonsense to your election process and debate and then allow an administration to invest islamists with power and position in your government.

You have an election soon and millions of you won’t bother voting – and its outcome will be vital to the future of all humankind. But your own inner divisions are making you weak and losing international respect. We (the world) are on the cusp of something really bad and really global and we (all of us) need America’s strength and SANITY. The left and the right in the USA need to put aside the pathetic and inane vitriol and talk to each other like grownups. Ordinary folk need to see when they are being manipulated by the spin doctors and ignore their stupidity. Presidential candidates need to engage with the entire electorate and not just their favorite group of nutbars, and the people need to reward the one that can do that. Your candidate needs to be SECULAR because while you have religion in politics you are on a road to nowhere. Look at history – actual history – not pretend history. All the great advances made by mankind have been made by secular governments. All religious governments have ever brought to people is misery. America has lead the world for 100 years and is visibly loosing it now. Find your way soon or say hello to China. They know where they are going and they are all pulling in the same direction. The USA is in a tug ‘o war with itself. The left and right are like a bunch of scrappy kids in a playground.

     Logical…
The problem is many fold in this country. You have a group of people that convinced a plurality of Americans to buy into this diversity hogwash, largely abandoning their ethos in order to encompass segments of society that are already covered under the Declaration of Independence, etc., and now are becoming aware of it’s repercussions in adopting such…In doing so, they slowly over time eroded what has bound us as Nation, the “Cornerstone” that we as a people recognized allowed us to flourish because we are a Nation of laws.Whether they have an R or D in front of their moniker makes no difference, they are part of the problem and the Citizens are waking up to this fact… By dividing our Country into factions, we’ve allowed the subversive groups to over-whelm our system of Government…while the people slept, or were kept deliberately ignorant of their growing power. Do you concur this is how and why a relatively unaccomplished, blatantly Muslim/Marxist Potus was elected?Thankfully, our Founders recognized what not to incorporate into our Constitution / Bill of Rights as this was why we fought the Revolutionary War, gaining our independence from British rule…Though you read of our adherence to God’s commandments, (also the “Cornerstone” of our Republic …)This is also why though recognizing our religious roots , we are not ruled by Morals, but Ethics and Reason, for this is where it originates.Although we do have a somewhat segmented society with varying degrees of fortuitousness, we largely have never experienced what others overseas are witness to. I would wager that American individualism will win out in the epic struggle we are engaged in, for the simple fact we have known no other way of life, and could not continence a restriction of our Freedoms…That, and our adherence to our 2nd. Amendment right to bear arms, though this Administration and other Freedom hating factions have struggled mightily for decades to curtail or remove our rights… Lastly, when experiencing good times, folks have a tendency to be unaware as they conduct their daily lives…when we wake up, is when it hits us either in the pocketbook or our livelihoods. As big as this country is, it takes time to affect all segments of society, in that we all become engaged in it’s attack on our Freedoms…This whole struggle boils down to who and what are we as a Nation, a society?  Which direction will we ultimately choose? Dictatorship?Or FREEDOM !!!!My wager is with  American individualism.     Every time.   For isn’t this what our Country was Founded on—OPTIMISM– a belief in ourselves as individuals?   That if we put forth our best effort, “we shall over-come” the adversities placed within our path, reaching the pinnacle of our dreams…   It is this ideal,  I as an American choose-because we have that right-to oust the negative influences who through subterfuge seek our destruction.

  • http://www.facebook.com/leaanne.j.morrison Lea-Anne Joy Morrison

We agree that the threat is there. Are you trying to tell me that they are going to win? Why is that? Birth rate? No, I’ll tell you, they won’t. There may be a lot of Muslim extremists but not all Muslims follow that crap. What? You must be a Muslim extremists if your an Arab?
No, not all of them are the enemy. And not ‘all’ of this side of the fence are Christians. I for one am an Agnostic and don’t give a rat’s ass if you like that or not. I don’t think your going to blow me and yourself into little pieces if I don’t follow your religion, so, not ‘all’ of them are going to either.
In saying that our side consists of not only Christians and Jews but everybody else. We out number them, not the other way around. And with respect, I don’t know about you. I will fight for my freedom and if I should fall, it will be on a mountain of ‘dead little bitches’. Keep your words of fear to yourself. It is not fear that I have But sadness for all that will die for stupidity.

From the article Glenn’s using as the source of his latest ‘Truth’:

“Even for the Brotherhood, the meeting’s take-aways as reported by Rose al-Yusuf
appear over the top. The group certainly has its own ideal for how the
world should work, but tends to skew toward the pragmatic, insisting
that change must be applied gradually.
As with all news coming out of the Egyptian press—known for its often
wild, un-sourced conspiracy theories—reports of this meeting should be
read with a healthy dose of skepticism.”

Hello Disqus. I can not make the “link to comment” work. I am not sure if this will post through this email. Hello Lea-Anne. I’m Logicalconclusions1 Can I say that I am not one of them. I am a european New Zealander. I think I am also an agnostic and I believe that the only hope for the planet lies with the USA – or alternatively – you won’t like this – China.. I have to say that I think you see this problem as being an american one. It is not – it is a global one. I don’t wish millions to die and I don’t wish to spread fear – but I do recognise the inevitable and as I have said, you don’t need any particular wisdom to figure it out – all you need is a calculator. You also need to recognise that Europe is much further down this path than the USA. I don’t believe that the war between Islam and Western Civilisation will begin in America – I believe it will start in Europe. It is already rumbling and more soldiers arrive there every day. The hatred between groups there is palpable. The leftist media just report it in a disingenuous way. You are sad you say. I have 6 children and I am deeply saddened by it. My children are going to suffer the greatest cataclysm of human history and our generation allowed it to happen. It is just a plain fact that Islam has declared that we are their enemy and that we should be destroyed. It’s not as though they try to hide it. The nice muslim shopkeeper down the road also thinks he is not part of it but he will be. The model for that is Germany 1936. The nice German shopkeeper was not a nazi and did not support them – until they started to succeed – then he was totally caught up in the conflagration. The poor Japanese Americans in WW2 did not support Japanese expansion – But the Japanese military called a Japanese Dentist in Hawaii who had a view of Pearl harbor on the jolly old telephone and asked him what warships were in Pearl Harbour. He politely told them. Can I respectfully remind you of a comment you made in this post. You said. “We outnumber them, not the other way round.” That is a phrase one would use to describe an enemy. Is that what you see?

  • http://www.facebook.com/leaanne.j.morrison Lea-Anne Joy Morrison

Agreed, Europe in saturated with Muslims. To use the Nazi and Imperial Japanese as an example. Our grandfathers felt overwhelmed by the numbers they had to throw at us. In the end they lost and badly. You don’t see any nazis but a few dumb ass kids with crew cuts and braces, anymore. That is what I see for the future. The day will come when the Muslim are but a few. There will be blood spilt but not until the PR fools are shut up and Islam is recognised for the totalitarian political system for little men with big egos that it is.
Not all Muslims are the enemy but I have lived in the Middle East and can tell you that the hatred is theirs.
China you say? Well I think you are right, as much as I also hate communism, China is no fool and has their fair share of trouble with Islam themselves.
I know the western way of life will overcome this medieval evil system and will suffer the death it so desires.
I read once from a book on military strategy that the greatest lessen that was learnt from the war ridden 20th century was that too much government control leads to civil unrest and will never endure. Islam is a ridiculous atempe at civil control and can never endure.

  • Anonymous

Hello again Lea-Anne. Seems this link works. I sure as hell hope your scenario comes to pass rather than mine – but – you said. “The day will come when the Muslims are but a few”. ? Like to know what you base that on when there are seventy million in Europe as we speak and the protagonists are already lining up for a rumble. As for the USA and China and their relative places in the world; The Chinese are trending upwards and upwards. They are doing it as the proud Chinese nation – multiculturalism has no place in their society – any more that it does in Japan – and it also has no place in any islamic country anywhere. The Chinese people know who they are and they are comfortable with it. I know many Chinese. I have been there and seen for myself. Shanghai is a magnificent modern city (one of many) and the entire Chinese nation is building very modern infrastructure. The speed of their rise is breathtaking. And I have lived in the USA – in California – and most people were worrying about keeping a job, who will come to their barbecue, what’s winning American Idol and what the traffic will be like. . America runs its social/political system like an episode of Glee. Make a space for every one and have no common direction or forward vision. This whole developing problem is being dealt with in Europe The USA, Canada, Australia and New Zealand in a way that suggests that the powers in control believe that Islam will become benign – when all evidence point to the opposite. The American Left has their collective head totally in the sand (as they do here as well). It seems that the only people thinking about this in the Western world are activists like you and me – and we are an exception to the norm. Remember this – Islam wants to take the world back to the dark ages and China has it’s eyes firmly on the twenty-first century – and the USA and Europe still think they are impregnable as they blithely import an army of people who hate them and want welfare and special treatment.
