Back in February 2011, Glenn posted a picture on this very website of the flag that flies outside of Lincoln Center in New York City. At the time, Glenn quipped that he had “seen the original Star‑Spangled Banner” and that flag “is in better condition” than the one flying high over Manhattan. Fast forward three years, and Glenn found himself passing Lincoln Center again this morning, and he couldn’t help but notice the condition of the flag flying outside of it hasn’t changed one bit:
