Planned Parenthood Gets Embarrassingly Hypocritical in This Statement on DACA

Following the announcement by U.S. Attorney General Jeff Sessions to officially end the Deferred Action for Childhood arrivals program, Planned Parenthood sent out an ironic and hypercritical statement which eviscerated the proposed end to the policy.

In the bizarre fundraising email from Planned Parenthood President and CEO Cecile Richards, the organization created a call to action to protect the lives of DREAMers stating, “We firmly believe that every person has a right to live.”

It didn’t take long for Twitter users and Conservatives to point out the organization’s hypocrisy for defending life as they see it. TheBlaze contributor Matt Walsh wrote a column that completely punctured Planned Parenthood’s self-proclaimed moral high ground in regards to its stance on DACA stating, “The plan to (maybe) end the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program has spurred plenty of moral indignation on the Left. And it’s that especially weird sort of moral indignation — weird, given the source — that involves Leftists complaining about alleged injustice and cruelty towards children.”

“How could I sit with a straight face and listen to lectures about ‘cruelty’ from people who think it’s cool to butcher a human being and sell his body parts to a research lab? How could I make any sense of the idea that a child has the right to remain in America because he’s already here, but no right to remain on planet Earth despite already being here?”

On radio Friday, Glenn discussed leftist organizations like Planned Parenthood who advocate for immigrants, yet murder the unborn and profit from their butchered body parts.

GLENN: Let's come together on this. We firmly believe that every person has a right to live. That's a quote.

Liberals and conservatives can surely get behind something like that. Right? It's unifying. It's inspiring. It's not just American, it is human. And it is rare and nice to hear an organization take a stand like that. And it's great to see organizations getting awards for taking a stand like that. We firmly believe that every person has a right to live.

This week, this organization won the Lasker Award, one of the nation's most prestigious prizes in medicine. Fortunately, the Lasker Award includes a $250,000 prize. Because this year's winner is cash-strapped and can use it.

Well, I mean, it's not cash-strapped yet, but it fears it might be soon. And with President Trump and Republican Congress threatening to block it from receiving Medicaid reimbursements and everything, it's probably going to be cash-strapped.

I don't know about you, but I'm sick about all of the politicians that are going to try to withhold funds from an organization that provides health services to millions of people. And in the announcement of the award, it says, although the organization is most famous for aiding women, it helps men as well. End quote.

Now, if we're being honest, the -- that part of the award anouncement is a little misleading because the organization is actually more famous for disposing of that pesky health issue of having a baby in the womb.

Now, I know things have changed, and maybe men can have babies in today's world. Maybe I'm having one right now the world is upside down, and I just don't know it or won't admit it because I'm such a bigot.

This year's Lasker Award goes to Planned Parenthood. But don't worry, because in the announcement, the Lasker Award people made sure to say that abortions are only 3 percent of the health services that Planned Parenthood provides. And last year, that 3 percent only included 328,348 babies that were killed. That's it.

This week, Planned Parenthood's president, Cecile HEP Richards, emailed supporters expressing outrage over President Trump's plan to end DACA. Which is right. When you think of Planned Parenthood, you think immediately DACA.

She writes, apparently without any sense of irony, here at Planned Parenthood -- quoting -- we believe -- we firmly believe that every person has the right to live, to work, and to raise a family freely and without the threat of deportation or separation. And we will never stop fighting for this vision.

Cecile, you should know one thing, we believe that every person has a right to live and not be separated from their parent forcefully. We will stand on behalf of the unborn because at least the Dreamers can speak up for themselves. The 328,348 babies that your organization killed last year never had that chance.

'The Justice System IS Rigged Against Republicans' | Ep 148

In the final turbulent two years of the Trump administration, Attorney General Bill Barr tells Glenn why he pulled out of retirement to answer Trump's call to help stop a constitutional crisis. But he got more than he bargained for when he was forced to deal with impeachment, a summer of racial turmoil, a global pandemic, and attacks against President Trump from every angle. Barr joins Glenn to answer critics who say he didn't do enough for the Trump admin while he was in office, why he believes Hillary Clinton’s Russiagate scandal was “seditious,” why the Durham investigation is just now hitting pay dirt, and much more, as detailed in his new book, “One Damn Thing After Another.” As America faces threats from China, on our southern border, and from within our own corrupt institutions, Barr lays out America's best path forward …

The Uvalde shooting & the REAL 'replacement' theory that threatens America

In the wake of the horrific Buffalo shooting, the left-wing media tried to paint all conservatives as subscribers to “replacement theory” — the idea that immigrants are taking over to such an extent that they will destroy white Western civilization. Of course, no serious conservative believes in this ugly, racist, dangerous ideology, but there is a ton of ACTUAL replacement going on, and it has nothing to do with immigration or racism.

What we saw yesterday in Uvalde, Texas, is more dark horrific evidence of the only replacement theory that ultimately matters because it affects everything. We’ve replaced God in society. Glenn argues it’s why gun control is ultimately useless — even though he completely understands our human impulse to DO something. While our culture has replaced God for rot, the Biden White House and Democrats are also working overtime to replace key elements of American political, legal, economic, and cultural life.

BlazeTV host Mark Levin of “LevinTV” tells Glenn why Media Matters' latest hit job on him over his Uvalde coverage is pathetic. “Stop pushing God out of the public square” is not a radical concept to help prevent evil from taking hold in our schools. He also takes on the Democrats’ attempts to destroy the Supreme Court, voting rights, and the separation of powers.

BlazeTV host Allie Beth Stuckey of “Relatable” tells Glenn why she believes the Uvalde shooting reveals how we are failing young men in this country and what we must do to stop the replacement theory that threatens to keep an entire generation from becoming a benefit to society.

The Washington Post forgot its OWN NAME

Apparently, self-awareness is in short supply in Washington. But we already knew that. The Washington Post must not have got the memo however. Their recent op-ed about the need for George Washington University to change its name can't be serious, though — can it?

'White Knights' ROB Black People of Their Honor | Ep 147

Two years after the death of George Floyd, are America and the black community actually better off? When Delano Squires first looked at Black Lives Matter’s principles, he realized that they weren’t at all what he believes in: nothing about God or families and plenty about the opposite. Now, as a contributor to BlazeTV’s "Fearless with Jason Whitlock" and a scholar at 1776 Unites, he’s unafraid to call it as it is: Leftists are robbing black people of their dignity and honor and treating them like children. Meanwhile, self-sufficient black men are painted as white supremacists. This week on "The Glenn Beck Podcast," Delano breaks down how far America has gone — in the wrong direction — since the riots of 2020 and why the abortion debate is a clear example. And he explains why faith in God, not the “Biden blackness” of the Democratic Party, is the true solution.
