BILL O'REILLY ON TRUMP IMPEACHMENT: What President WOULDN'T be charged for abuse of power?!

Bill O'Reilly responds to the House of Representative's two charges against President Trump, which eventually lead to two articles of impeachment. First, O'Reilly says that it's impossible for somebody with executive powers to commit obstruction of Congress.
