Notorious media mogul Harvey Weinstein was convicted on 2 of the 5 charges against him yesterday so pending an appeal, he'll be in jail for quite a while. But was he really guilty? Glenn and Stu read through an article from "The Nation" detailing the puzzling behavior of Weinstein's alleged victims in this case on radio Tuesday which shed some light on some lesser-known details. The facts were a little sketchy and the prosecution didn't put on the greatest case, but was he truly guilty or maybe this jury did not want to go down in the history books alongside the O.J. Simpson jury.
