Glenn is being censored... again. But this time YouTube is utilizing a new, nefarious strategy that Glenn calls "soft censorship" that threatens the monetization of all conservative content creators.
Glenn has been warning you about Imran Ahmed, the founder—and sole employee—of the Center for Countering Digital Hate, the London-based progressive "think tank" responsible for forging the Biden administration's mis and disinformation policy. Last month, both Glenn and Ahmed were cited in an article published by the Independent. The article quoted Ahmed warning of a "new form" of "climate denial." These aren't your "old school" climate deniers who outright deny that climate change exists. These "new school" deniers include anyone who questions the motives behind the climate movement, not merely the science. Of course, this left-wing writer cited Glenn and TheBlaze as prime purveyors of this new "climate denial."
This new form of censorship bleeds conservative content creators dry.
The article then refers to Ahmed's marching orders for social media and streaming companies, particularly YouTube, to censor content creators—like Glenn—who reference this new form of climate denial.
A few weeks later on The Glenn Beck Podcast, Glenn interviewed American cattle rancher Shad Sullivan on how the climate elites pose an existential threat to America's access to food. What do you think happened?
The episode was censored... Coincidence?
In terms of views, impressions, and every other metric, the podcast episode was performing exceptionally well... except with ad revenue. The episode brought in as much revenue as one of Glenn's least-watched videos, even though it is one of Glenn's best-performing podcast episodes. By comparison, lesser-performing episodes have raked in 25x the ad revenue of this censored episode. The tech elites are silencing Glenn for challenging their climate narrative.

This form of censorship is distinct from other previous attempts. For example, Meta reduced Glenn's reach on his Facebook page by 95 percent this past year even though every other metric was outperforming the previous year. Last summer, Apple Podcasts temporarily deplatformed Glenn's podcast, removing all 3,000 episodes from the platform for several hours due to undisclosed "issues." And just last week, Apple Podcasts labeled every episodes in Glenn's library as "explicit," limiting its reach to the same degree as pornographic content. Those previous strategies censor by limiting reach. This new form of censorship seeks to bleed conservative content creators dry.
One way to protect against this censorship and to enable the free exchange of ideas is through a subscription model. Blaze Media did away with all ad revenue to avoid being beholden to Big Tech overlords who openly express their disdain for our values.
