So Reid has become a liability to them, and the left knows the door has been opened wide for a vicious, righteous indignation based counter blow if Romney will just do so with the truth.

As of now, the testimony of Reid shows how morally bankrupt the left has become; for it is more of substance to them to claim someone is guilty of unlawful deeds, than the truth. Now its time for them to be hoisted by their own petard.

He probably got rich the same way a great many members of Congress do.  It is perfectly legal for THEM to use what is essentially insider information to buy into companies that are about to be awarded contracts or dump stocks in companies they know will be losing contracts or purchase parcels of land that the government has its eye on and then make a tidy profit in selling that land.  Of course, if one of US did the same thing we would get tossed in the clink.  60 Minutes, in a rare display of honest journalism, did a major story on this–I think it was last fall.

To be truthful, I was ashamed of Harry Reid’s behavior long before I found out he was a Mormon.  But membership in any church depends on the person.  If they truly believe, then that belief should be reflected in their actions.  You can’t say that you are “saved” and then commit rape, murder, steal, cheat, bear false witness, etc. because, if you were “saved,” your behavior would conform more to that of the Savior’s.  That Harry Reid is a Mormon means nothing because, obviously, it means nothing to him.  Mr. Reid is what we call a “Mormon in name only.”  Just the same as RINOs are Republicans In Name Only (e.g., Olympia Snow, Senator from Maine).  The fact that Mr. Reid is a Mormon should not reflect badly on the Church.  Mr. Reid’s behavior should simply badly reflect on Mr. Reid.  No one else and no institution is responsible for his words and actions except for Harry. He started to give his reasons for wanting to meet me which were so nauseating I quickly slammed down the phone and threw up. I never forgot that voice and thus when I first heard Mr. Reid speak I thought it was that bloke. Since then, whenever he comes on screen, I turn down the sound or turn off the computer.

This has just popped into my mind. How come Mr. Reid has never questioned the financial deeds of a certain Obama favorite, the one and only Mr. George Soros? I can assure Mr. Reid that he’d be able to dig up a lot of dirt on that person, who has an open-ended invitation from Obama and crew to visit the White House whenever he feels like it. And I wonder just how much of Soros’s ill-gained billions have gone into Obama’s previous election campaign fund…and still do.
