I actually felt a little bad for Romney after his loss.

I am all for these things and am very worried about how much our government is controlling our lives. I personally think the election was fixed. We are going to experience four more years of more debt, unemployment, ILLEGAL IMMIGRANTS, and we will move closer to losing our country to Japan. Too much division between the classes. There are a lot of reasons why the Republican party was soundly defeated in this year’s elections.  With respect to Romney, however, I think a significant factor in his defeat was that many, many people perceived him (rightly so, in my opinion) as fundamentally a dishonest opportunist who would say anything to get elected.

ID any large groups with concerns, tie them to a major electoral voting area, organize communication to the group (create a nuculear list?), communicate to them constantly about their concerns, ensure negative national mention of their concerns regardless of relevance, exploit it, ensure clear and easy access to a poll, get them to the poll in whatever way possible and then get out of the way.

He has refused to defend it. What does that make him? If you call this hate, then I fear for your sanity. There are lines that true conservatives will never, ever cross. If these are outdated ideas, then so be it.

You’d be surprised at the conversations I’ve had with the brothas. You would also be surprised at the amount of honesty they have, when they’re not in the familiar setting of the inner-city. Most admit being happy that their ancestors were brought here as slaves. I have no hatred or animosity towards any race – God created us all. So we all fit into his plan. Upon hearing the results of this election, my heart literally ached for the future of this once great country. It pained me to know that Obama was right when he said, “We are no longer a Christian nation,” as the results of this election proved that. Those who stand for Biblical morality, for tradition and values are indeed now in the minority. No true Christian, with a clear conscience and knowledge of God’s word, would have voted for our current president. “You shall know a tree by the fruit it bears,” and all of the fruit coming from this administration is rotten.

When Americans (and others) elect a politician for office, we are electing who the political party has chosen to best represent their agenda.  All we hear is “I am for the people” and once elected they bow to their political party.  There are a very few who do not, but the vast majority of elected or appointed officials get “driven” by the RNC or DNC.  This country was founded on a “for the people, by the people” principle which, over the past 100 years has turned to “for the party by the party”.  Voters divide on facades produced by these parties and are driven by the mass media.  We get presented with what is best for the political party not what is best for the country.  We continue to re-elect the same people over and over again and are shocked when they sign a bill or pass an agenda that gives money to their supporters or family members.  The fault is that the people have accepted this as the norm and not the exception.  This government was established with checks and balances although they are seldom used to empower the people they were established to protect.

 Glenn and the Tea Party are not about race.  We’re about principles of limited government, individual freedom and the rule of law.  America lets in 1,000,000 legal immigrants every year; far more than any other country.  You say your family is from Mexico.  Mexico has far more stringent immigration laws than ours.  Is Mexico racist?

Without voter ID laws, the opportunity to commit election fraud is great.  Fraudulent ballots throughout the country are well documented.  The motivation to commit fraud is certainly great.  We entrust our elected officials with the levers of power, and with that access to power, the opportunity for wealth.  It is not coincidence that many of our elected officials who spent their lives in public office became millionaires.

For you its all about race.  Maybe there is a comfort in that.  If you look for racism you will always find it.  But you guarantee yourself a lifetime of racial conflict.  And with racial conflict, there are no winners, you create a dung pile with people struggling to be on top of the dung pile.  We choose not to live that way.  I invite you to listen to a Glenn Beck program or attend a Tea Party rally.  You won’t hear or see anything about race.  You will hear about faith, hope and charity, and you would be most welcome.

Joe I see ware you are coming from but you are Wrong. The tea party is not Racist in any way we have just been told that by the Media. I can say that Glenn Beck and the Tea Party are all Pro immigration as that is what built the USA. The Only thing that I guess your getting confused on is the fact that Tea Party supporters do not wan’t to reward People for Skipping the Line. My Great grandfather moved from Italy to the US as he was sponsored by a Relative. They did not need the ten Years of Paper work all they needed was a relative to sponsor them and support them if they couldn’t or didn’t want to get a job.    When Texas recedes from the failing union we must continue to help the poor, disabled, and elderly. That is what my Lord and Savior Jesus Christ would expect. However, capable men on the government dole should be required to work for their welfare checks. If we did that, most liberals would leave Texas voluntarily in search of welfare checks and illegals would just pass though Texas in search of government hand outs. liberalism would be dead, at least in Texas.
   Let us take the lessons that we have learned  from this failed experiment and establish a new government based on Christian principles. I will concede the rest of the country to liberalism, but please let Texas leave this immoral union and return to Christian roots.

I know Glenn will probably never read this, but perhaps someone who knows him might. Just a thought drawn from the Bible: What if we haven’t learned the lesson God is trying to teach us yet? Consider that the Israelites wandered in the wilderness for 40 years…basically walking around in circles. Some of them had to wonder…Hey didn’t we pass by this camel yesterday…and the day before that, etc..Yet they couldn’t change the minds of the leaders, so they endured. God was waiting for them as a people to pay attention to His will, not theirs. I think that’s where we are at as a nation. A few of us (a minority obviously from the voting totals) realize that there is something wrong, but we are not in a position to change the direction of the larger group–so we endure, we persist…We wait for God’s time to act, not in apathy or despair, but in deliberate preparation.

Never say Never.  There were a lot of Democrats that said the same thing in the 90′s.
They lost.  In fact very few of them are still elected officials.  Not just because of age
but corruption.  I live in a state in which 150 years of 1 party rule went on.  After the last
10 years in which the Speaker of the House, 2 govenors, and several representatives,and the commerce secretary have spent either years in front of a court or jail time. We through that party out.  It was the democrats. Anytime one party takes over for any length of time you end up with people who need to see the inside of a jail cell.  You are very nieve to think that your loyalty will be rewarded with anything else.
There are good Republicans and good Democrats.  I hope they will be the ones who finally step up to the plate to solve our problems.   As to calling one party racist, what a laugh.  I have found blacks and latinos are just as racist as whites, they have been brainwashed into believing that because their route was hard their racism is justified.
Your family sounds as if they are here illigally.  I have been in almost a dozen countries in my life. Some were socilist,some communist, some facist.None of them had our lifestyle and all of them put you in jail for illigal immagration.  2 of them shot you on sight for illigal immagration.  This is to assume that the latino party is one (there are conservatives in the latino party) this block of votes too, will dissipate as did the other so called up and comings.  I sit and watch as people of race promote themselves as a block of votes only to find out that was not the case at all.  This election proved nothing, if you truly understand the system then you will see how this election was very close practically 50/50 there was no latino vote or women vote or “—–” vote.  It was a peoples of all races that make up America voting.  Mr. Robinson this was a vote of containment.  Look at the landscape, the senate is the same, the House is the same, the President is the same after the 2010 elections that set the house to Republican  and the Senate was prevented from having a supermajority Democrat vote.

The Tea Party used to be a Party of Republican, Democrats, and Independents until the Right Wacknuts and Left Wacknuts took over.  The funny part about the whole thing is the Left Wacknuts got in with the Right Wacknuts and created an atmosphere where regular folk did not have a voice and certainly was not going to put up with the circus and left.  Then in a brilliant move, the Left Wacknuts, exited as well, then made a concerted and coordinated move at branding the Tea Party as Radical Right and won that argument thus minimizing the impact the Tea Party once had in 2010.

This gave rise to the illusion that what the conservative ideals stood for is radical.  Far from the truth, but perception is all.  I personally saw the kind of messaging endorsed by Rep Superpacs and RNC in a race in the 61st District in California where a much deserved candidate Bill Batey was subject to what I believed to be utter incompetence in his campaign by some operative sent in from Florida, for God’s sake, this person in my opinion was an example of a Right Wacknut and so the election was lost.

What the latino left does not want to know is that Rubio proposed an imigration plan, bipartisan, and leftist and Obama rejected it, switched it out and by executive order decided to exercise power where it did not exist – Refusal to enforce the Laws in its jurisdiction.

I am from immigrant parents and I believe in legal immigration because it is not fair that others get to cut to the front of the line.  I am for working visa’s for immigrant workers with a path to citizenship. Does this belief make me anti-latino or pro-latino.  I am pro-immigration of all races.  I am for revamping the USCIS and creating efficiency within the system so we can achieve the goal of documentation sooner thereby making immigration easier to comply with for average folk who want to immigrate to the U.S. after all the goal is documentation of the immigrant so why should it take years or decades to bring a family over.

I can assure you Mr. Robinson, the latino vote does not nor ever will have that kind of power to determine if any party will ever have a President.  It is not only arrogant but dismissive of history where many have made such a declaration before only to find themselves in the annals of history wondering why their grandiose predictions never came to fruition.  Remember that there was a 57.5% Turn out and a near 50/50 vote for status quo.  Now if your logic is to be assumed then the Latino vote was near to 100% turn out and at a 57.5% Turn out what percent of that was Latino.  Then you factor in that the Latino vote was near to 100% turn out in 57.5% national turn out where the latino vote was a portion of that turn out, bring in the 42.5% that did not turn out in this election who may decide in the next 2 years, they will, and the Latino vote is diluted so the argument that you can even be in the position to make such a declaration is a non event – this can only be made if you actually believe that you are the “latino” vote and speak for them.

Mr. Robinson, I was told the story about the likes of those who are so arrogant to think that they speak for all.  It is akin to the Emperor Has No Clothes story, only it has to do with a fly and a bull.  See there was this arrogant and self aggrandizing fly who believed he was “IT” because he got to ride on the backs of Cows, he thought he was larger than life.  Well one day he got on the back of a Bull who was the bull in the heard, the fly landed and exclamed look at me, “I am as I am”, well the Bull heard that annoying blurp and up came the tail and swatted the annoying fly off of his back — my how the fly found out quick he is a mere fly.
